“I’m new to the area and called different gyms. The owner called me back and answered every question I had. I started thinking of the title of the gym I Am My Billboard! I said that statement is so true . We are our own walking billboard. I decided to try this gym and I am pleased with both the owners. Their knowledge, teamwork and push. This is feeling like a family atmosphere already. I have been going on week 3 presently and a doctor told me she could tell I lost. I kind of brushed it off what she was saying. She said you probably are loosing inches. She persisted that I weigh in and I was shocked to find out I lost 9 lbs. I told the owner and received a high five and encouragement.
