Came in my neighborhood to cut tree limbs down. They knocked out the electricity in almost every home in this area and knocked over a yield sign. They didn’t bother to even stread the tree limbs. Left them in a open lot for someone else to remove them. This would never happen in their neighborhood.They ran off like some punks. Service has been out since 1:30pm and won’t be restored until 7:30pm. All the people around here deserve an apology.

I had a large tree removed in my backyard in February, 2021. It took them until June, 2021 to come back and grind the stump (after several calls). The area, after the tree was removed, was not cleaned up very well. The cable line was taken down during the removal as well as part of my link fence (which still needs to be fixed). The stump grinding also left a mess. I have a large pile of sawdust in my back yard. I paid for the full services when the tree was removed even though they had not completed the job! My mistake!! Mind you, this was not my 1st choice of tree removal companies; they were the only ones who actually followed up on the estimate that was given the year before. They were about $500 more than the company I planned to use, but due to COVID, I guess, this was my only choice at the moment and I really wanted that tree removed.

This is a yard full of tree brush and wood. It will cost you $10 to dump your load. But huge place to do this.

This company removed a tree for my neighbor and left a big part of the tree trunk on our parkway. My husband asked the crew if they were going to remove the trunk from our yard and he was told, "No, were leaving it there -- someone will be back in a few days." We called the company to complain, afterall it wasn't even our tree, and the reccptionist said she would try to get a hold of the foreman. They came back within the hour and cleaned up all the mess in my neighbor's yard but left the tree trunk in ours. We called the company again and asked if they left the trunk in our yard to spite us because we called earlier and the receptionist replied with, "I don't know." Very unprofessional in my opinion. I know I will NEVER give them any business and I will warn others about our experience with them.

The people great lakes tree hire are nothing but hacks. The city of flint hired these hacks to trim our tree on the Blvd . When I asked him what he was doing and if he had any paperwork he threatened me with his chainsaw. I called their office the rude lady told me she only had paperwork for a different address. I called the police department when they arrived all 3 police officers agreed this man destroyed this beautiful tree. While I was in the phone with the office the tree hack was in the middle of my lawn doing me off. After they all had left I called the city office and placed a formal complaint. Later that day the tree trimmer drove by our house honking his hidden abs fling my wife and I off.

If you have extra brush you can take it to thier location and dump it there. Staff was helpful.
