I’ve been dealing with this grooming company for a while now . Over a year and this man has been WONDERFUL! Up until this point .. I gave him money in advance because that’s what him and I do and this time he got over on me I haven’t heard from him in days my dogs were suppose to get groom on Sunday heard from him Monday he apologized and then we made a appointment for Wednesday text him multiple times nothing as of today I’m done with him .

A male groomer was caught on video violently grabbing and shaking a white dog. It was hostile horrible and hard to watch. Do you have a reason or even a response? Was this the owner or a worker? Doe he still work there? can you deny the video? please do somthing . Find this out before you bring your dog here as it may be subject psychical abuse from someone

Video on facebook show you mistreating an animal (a calm dog) in this place. Despite your apologies for this, it's not forgivable for a pet owner.

They dont prefer to groom your dog, they prefer to throw it around for no apparent reason, I could guess a reason, they were never loved or whatever else, that doesnt matter what does matter is DONT COME HERE

Never answered his phone or door when I arrived for my appointment. I called one last time before I reached my home, he FINALLY answered but it was too late. The outside was dirty and unkempt, and I wouldn't take my dog there, over all gross.

Wonderful. I would definitely recommend mike made sure my puppy was groomed and because he is only 11 weeks old he took extra precautions to make sure my baby stayed healthy. Great service at a wonderful price. Oh did I mention new years eve 10 stars.

I went crazy trying to find a good place to take my babies. ( 3 mini Schnauzer, 1 Dachshund and 1 Doberman ) Mike did an excellent job with all of them.He is so kind and I love the way the is with our kids.I totally recommend the service, the prices and dedication that he offersThanks Mike!!!! I will bring a few friends that they saw my pets and got in love with your job

Well I have had my golden doodle since July 2021 and this is the only place she has ever been and she spent her first Christmas with Mike and he always give her a bath on her way home! He will be the first I will ever call if I need my dog to stay over night!

This place is great. Super nice, caring people and very patient with the animals. I called to make an appt and he fit me right then, good price and excellent job..treats sent home with coupons for myself and a friend..I highly recommend this place

I love them! They ALWAYS come through for my Richie Rich. I really appreciate them for the last minute squeeze ins and how fresh my boy is when he returns. I have never had any issues dropping him off and he comes home in one piece. Thank you FPG ?

Took our dog with very little notice, she got a complete groom,and spent the night while we were out of town, for a wedding, she is home and happy and looking beautiful and the price was more than reasonable ?
