I ordered a pool pump motor. Electric motor warehouse sent me the wrong motor. I sent it back. They sent me a new one. After I had taken the housing off and re installed the new one the bearings were screaming. I had to disassemble this one and send it back to them for a refund. I ended up buying a new motor from a different company. It works well. You would think the time and labor it takes to ship and return these motorsThey would have them double checked for accuracy as well as tested before sending them out. As well as the frustration for the customer having to disassemble the housing and reinstall each time .

At 3 am I needed to find an emergency furnace exhaust motor when mine died yesterday in extremely low temps. Their website was easy to navigate, and they had the very best prices available. I wanted to make sure they had it in stock so called when they opened up the next day. They not only had it but were stocked with plenty. I paid over the phone and drove an hour to pick it up at the warehouse; it was so extremely easy, I highly recommend them and I have them in my address book for future use.

Bought a Furnace Draft Inducer blower assembly (FB-RFB757 | Carrier Furnace Draft Inducer) , it was aftermarket made in Canada and is built just as good as the factory assembly, 0 problems with plugs and fitment, works great, Electric Parts Warehouse saved me $200 on this purchase and I used the free shipping and received it by UPS very quickly, buy with confidence.

I was having a ton of issues with the motor for my deep well pump..Its in a well pit and the open windings on the motor was causing issues because of condensation. I ordered a new fully enclosed motor from motor warehouse and recieved it in a few days..Installed the motor and the pump runs alot smoother with a better quality motor. Hopefully the new motor will fix my longevity issues..

I NEVER write a review but in this case...I couldn't have been happier. They told me my inducer blower assembly would arrive on Monday or Tuesday and the next day, Saturday, it was delivered and my furnace was up and running like a top. I tested my old capacitor to make sure it was good and when I went to throw the box and paperwork away I found that a NEW capacitor was in the box as well. I will replace that just because I can. Service above expectation. I will keep their information handy!

Ordered some hard to research and find parts through this company via Walmart. Out of the 3 parts I ordered, not a single one matched the part numbers on the invoice and the sizes were not even close. I would recommend purchasing from somewhere else that charges a few more dollars and bothers to check their orders.

Our inducer blower motor quit, just in time for our first snow. Local estimate for replacement was over $500. Looked around online and found the best price at Electric Motor Warehouse, free shipping via UPS ground as well. Total bill of around $145 for a brand new motor that was EXACTLY what I needed and was easy to replace myself. Easy to use website. I'll keep EMW in mind for any future motor needs.
