Some of the nicest people I have delt with. Very friendly and went out of their way to make sure job was done right and never charged more. They took care of me when they didn't have to.

Cant say enough about their honesty! We decided to try Delta Tire after my son found that one of his tires was severely worn and the belt was showing. These people are honest! I was sure something was very wrong with the front end and even after pushing them about this.... the answer was still No! Just needed alignment, tires and a rear hub. Sarrah in the office was awesome. Pleasant, patient, just overall great to deal with. The car drives great. Son says... it drives so nice a quiet now. We definitely recommend and will be back for future maintenance.

Great experience at Delta Tire- they quickly (within 15min) patched a tire on my trailer when I dropped in without any appointment. Then, later when I came back, they did a great job changing my truck’s oil for a very fair price. I recommend this business for any tire and auto needs ??

Took our truck in for the tires to get balanced and come to find out the tire shop that put the tires on didn't balance them correctly. Made a quick call to Delta they told us to come right up. The tech figured it out and made it right even though it wasn't their fault. They also found that the other place removed the tire sensor and gave me a quote to replace it. So glad they are back open so we can continue to go to the place we trust! Highly recommend.

You need to update your hours or if you need to close unexpectedly let customers know ( FB, Google, or note on the door) I arrived after 10:00 this morning to get 2 new front tires and you was closed your hours said you opened at 8:00 I don't know when you'll be open next, later today or tomorrow possibly so I took my business somewhere else.

I always have a great experience at Delta Tire. I just hope they update their hours online and on the store. It says it opens at 8am but when I arrived at 8:40am no one was there. I even checked the hours on the door and they said 8. They should really update this, I drove all the way across town and ended up having to go to a different tire place

I’m not even sure how to begin this review. I took my car in April 2, 2024 to fix the brakes. Picked up the car that afternoon and on the drive home noticed it was still making noise. Went back the next day to let them know and they advised me to give it about a week because it was raining. Came back a week later, and they were closed for a week due to a family emergency. When I finally spoke with somebody, they advise me to drop off the car on a Friday so they could take a look at it, which is one of my busiest work days (i do deliveries with my car) they had the car the entire day and when I finally picked it up, it was actually worse than when I dropped it off. called them the next day and was advised that the parts must have been faulty, and they needed to re-order them. I was finally given an appointment for 10 days later. The day of the appointment they called and canceled because one of the mechanics had called in sick and rescheduled me for Tuesday. Comes Tuesday and once again, I was sent a text message for another family emergency. I responded to the text and nobody got back to me. I went to the shop and they had an email on the door. I sent them an email. Also no response at this point it’s been almost 2 months and nothing has been resolved. I drive for a living, and the fact that they are letting me drive with faulty Brakes speaks volumes. I have lost numerous days of work which attributes to a loss of income not to mention that I had to borrow the money to fix the brakes. Not sure what to do. At this point I’ve never had anything like this happen, and I do not have extra money to get my brakes fixed properly. I will attempt a charge off on the credit card that was used and hopefully I will get reimbursed in a timely matter so I can find another shop to take my car to get fixed properly!

Place is horrible when it comes too customer service I call mud day several times no answer unbelievable how business stay open when you can't get through or get a part I don't recommend to go here too too discount tire much better customer service

I have developed a relationship with Delta Tire for several years now...not only are they at the top of their field professionally, they continue to raise the bar for customer service! They are attentive, focused, prepared, and ready to serve....I'm a huge fan and an extremely satisfied customer!
