The guy took my phone because I was upgrading and deleted my whole phone before I could copy it to my New Phone and then pretty much told me. Oh I’m sorry there’s nothing I can do about it he lost 5 1/2 years of pictures out of my phone all my contacts and didn’t even say sorry or have an idea of how to fix it or how to make it up to me or anything I would not recommend anyone ever go to the store.Some of the pictures on that phone with the last picture I have of my grandparents

That rip ppl off I payed two phone bills the on march 1frest and the one phone was my dad that passed away I pay his bill so we could keep his number and can us it I get on the app and tell me the account has Ben spended thay will never get my business a gain cuz he wort the number down and probably pocketed the money rip off he does
