Ridiculous joke of a vet. Dr Cross should be barred from practicing. Her office is a dump and obviously she can not put any money into improvements. ZERO diagnostic testing available (X-ray, obtaining urine samples, broken scales, etc). Smells and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since the 1970’s.
Dr. Cross is rude and condescending. My dog died under her care because she lacked the knowledge and equipment to properly diagnose. I’ll never get my dog back, but I will never take another dog to this joke of a practice.
Any positive reviews must be from her, her staff (1 receptionist), and her family. No one with any critical thinking skills would find this place acceptable

Terrible customer service, callous towards my pets needs. Shortly afterwards of a short visit my pet passed away from their disdain and heartlessness. Go somewhere else

Pure filth of an office and a veterinary “provider”. The “vet” has absolutely no business practicing any level of animal care. Additionally, this office should be condemned. Just horrific experience from start to finish. Avoid at absolutely ALL cost.

Killed our cat, have him medicine that he didn't even need, he is now dead, thanks to the fact that they barely even checked him, didn't seem like they even like cats too.

An absolutely HORRIBLE experience for everyone involved.My cat had been experiencing potential UTI behaviors. I made an appointment and was told to bring a urine sample. In all of the 6 cats I’ve raised, I’ve NEVER been asked to bring a urine sample. When I asked how I would be able to get a urine sample from a cat I was scoffed at. How dare I not have the innate knowledge of how to get a urine sample. From a cat.Once at the office for the appointment, I was ignored by the receptionist who was too busy repeating the payment information from a person over the phone out loud. I’m sure glad they’d love to know their credit card information was being openly shared.When the doc opened the door to the exam room, not a single word was spoken to me or my cat. Instead, orders were barked at me by the doc, to get the cat on the scale was then rushed to get the cat out of her carrier, and seemed to be bothering the doc with the very notion of trying to get the veterinary care she needed. Doc admonished me when the cat, clearly in distress, jumped off the table to get away from the stranger. Then, I was told to hold the cat down and to face me and that the doc “wouldn’t tolerate any misbehavior”. It’s a cat. In a stressful environment. It’s going to act differently than at home.Zero empathy. Zero attempt to calm the cat. Zero chance I’ll ever be back.Oh, and the whole place smells like wet dog and doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned in a decade.

“There is nothing wrong with your dog. She’s got a tummy ache and she’s just being dramatic.” Four days later she died in our home all alone because we trusted the vet. I’m so sorry Luna. Please, please go elsewhere. Read the other reviews.

This place is an absolute nasty joke. They don't respond to faxes from pharmacies you have to call them over and over, there's no voicemail. The equipment is very nasty and outdated. The outfit the vet wears is dingy as can be. She is extremely rough with the animals and talks down on the owners. Will definitely not refer anyone here and will be switching all my animals somewhere else.

Dr. Andrea Cross is a great veterinarian. She has excellent knowledge, skills and experience. She is sincere and compassionate. We’re very thankful and we’re lucky to have her in our area.
