I love this place. Been with them for years and years. Always work with me and do whatever to make my life easier. I actually have more than one unit there and it's still a good price! The women who runs it most of the time is so sweet!

****please dont go here the owner is horrible & the place is dirty & unsaniatry- talk about a walking covid-19 yard.**** only giving a star because i have to other wise zero stars from me. the owner screamed at me on the phone and hung up without even finishing our converstaion because she sent out a late letter & never tried to contact me, through email, phone, mail nothing until i called her to figure out why my stuff is being sold. she was suppose to be running my card monthly and never did, even personally went to her office to make sure she got my new card # cell # and email address. and she did nothing to contact me about anything. after i made my payment she tells me im being evicted and got 30 days to get my stuff out, mind u im only allowed now in between open hours 9-5 and i work till 4. so this should be fun. mind you she sent me a letter saying that my unit was being sold on 11/12/21 and i did not recieve the letter until 11/15/21 and when i called her about it, all she said was "i was sick" so why did you send it out? you really thought you wouldnt get a angry call? ohhh and did i mention when i tried to call at noon, no answer so i tried to call at 1pm assuming lunch is over, nope they blocked my cell and then un blocked me at 2pm. im sorrry but who the hell takes a 2 hour lunch? then has the guts to scream at a paying customer. this place isnt only unprofessional, its dirty, no climate control what so ever, and very little lights, nothing in the units to see your stuff either, bugs everywhere. also if you go there be aware that the owner does not care about you, only the money and made it very clear for how she acted. she acted worse than my 10 year old nephew. never thought i would hear a grown a** old lady b**** at a young adult about her mess up.

I have a friend that store stuff there it's very secure very well maintained gated with the keypad to keep people out it's easy to get to easy to get out of it and it's next to a major freeway and from what my friend tells me it's reasonably priced and the best thing about it it's right next to a car wash so you can wash your truck your RV for your boat thanks for doing such a great job

If I could give negative stars I would absolutely do negative 5 . We bout a unit from this very unfriendly extremely rude company ( both male and female are sickeningly rude ) and they told us Monday 9pm was cut off for having it cleaned out. We paid out $ 100 cleaning deposit and $130 for unit. My husband show up this am to clean it out to find out they put their own lock on it, my husband asked her to cut it off not knowing they had already replaced the lock and she was screaming at him infront loopof other customers telling him hes done and it's not his anymore. She was so disgustingly rude ! My husband went on his way letting them keep the unit and the money because they were so irrational. I called w times but got voicemail and didnf leave a message. I got a call back from the Male screaming at me and cursing at me ! Telling me my husband needs to call him asap, hes up there on his God damn day off. And my husband doesnt listen and I tried speaking with him but he kept screaming at me telling me its none of my business ( he called my personal cell phone when he has my husbands number). My husband called hin back he continued to scream at him. My husband told him hed still clean it out because that was the agreement for $ 100( cleaning deposit) of his money back and the guy continued to scream at him, tell him it's not his unit now he has to clean it himself . These people are INSANE to say the least. Do not whatsoever do any business with these people. We will gladly loose the unit and $230 to not deal with these physcotic people ever again.

My RV was broken into and I was not notified until weeks after the fact. Costly damage. More than one customer victimized. Their gate had problems with proper functioning also. More than one occasion in which I had to go on a wild goose chase to gain access. Staff was unprofessional and discorteous.

Who knew that running a storage facility could be difficult. These people have no idea what they are doing and are very rude and disrespectful. Our unit was not weather proofed and had about a million spiders in it. Go somewhere else and find a professional place.

Got to watch this place. Paid on a unit that did not belong to me(for a family member)and they saved (stole)my credit card info without permission and used it the next month. Bank had to get involved and go after them for fraud! I would never ever recommend this place....EVER!!
