Slowest service possible and consistently highest prices. I’ll be glad to be done with them when they FINALLY pick up their tank! (I’ve been waiting and calling weekly for OVER A MONTH!!)

I’ve had an account with them since end of 2021 and not once have they been able to follow through with their auto fill scheduling, and every time when asked why it was missed they come up with another excuse. Sub par service to say the least, my propane has run out 3 times this winter alone due to this negligence.

Called the emergency number several times over the last year due to a propane leak and also an empty tank. No one answers ever. You sit on hold until the number disconnects. Terrible company leaving ASAP. Avoid them at all costs.

We’ve been with this company since 2016 and this was the first time I received a bill for minimum usage charge. Always paid the day we received propane, paid cash, they never had to worry about a delinquency with us. The gal on the phone was awful and even ran her mouth to some small town folks I happen to know. Very disgusting and very unprofessional staff member with a lack of integrity, clearly!It’s not the Steven’s Propane we’ve always come to know and a company we will no longer stay with! I highly recommend staying away from anything Superior has their hands in.

Bought a house in 2021, the previous owners used stevens propane. I called them to change ownership on the billing. Gave them a information and I was told everything was taken care of. 4 months later I received a statement with the previous owners on it. I called them and no one answered for 4 days straight. When they finally answered they wanted me to fill out a credit form, I declined because we paid in full to fill the tank and again requested that they change the ownership of the account. I again gave them my information and I was assured it was taken care of. For the next 2 months statements continued to show up with the previous owners names and information. I called to cancel the service and request the tank be picked up (this was in late march) they finally pucked it up after 5 calls in late June. When we were told we had a credit on the account due back to us of $500 it would have to go to the previous owner because their names were still on the account. After calling them to ask why I was told I would have to speak to the manger (who the secretary was speaking to) and he conveniently in a meeting. I could hear him laughing and saying too bad in the background. This place is an absolute joke and they will rip you off and bend you over and not offer lube at every chance they get. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE DO BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

The amount of times my wife and I called to have our tank refilled this week is literally insane. This company is garbage and the people that work here are garbage. The after hours line is a joke and they don’t even answer the phone during their open hours. We’ve been told several times they’ll make sure that they’ll get someone to us. Called it “urgent” even. They were suppose to refill our tank literally a week ago and still have not arrived. Do not ever use this company!They’re literally two miles down the road and just worthless.

This company is no longer owned by the Stevens family and it shows. We changed providers over 6 weeks ago and notified Steven's the day of so they could pick up their tank. I've called back three times asking them to pick it up as it's in our way. I was told that it would be referred to 'the guys' and when I went to explain that I'd already been told that 3 times, I was hung up on. I'm glad we've transferred propane providers as the customer service here is atrocious.

You can no longer roll up to get grill tanks or RV filled without checking first to see when a person will be available that day. Since they were bought out their service has gone down hill. SAD

Disrespectful staff, unwilling to fix issues with their equipment unless pleaded with, willing to leave family without heat because not enrolled in a keepfill program that was NEVER offered or advertised. They rarely answer their office number and filter after hour calls to avoid any inconvenience even when a propane leak causing danger to an entire family.

Have Dealt with Stevens since 2001 they always have good pricing and are friendly people. WeHave a large tank and we fill multiple small tanks per season for deer blinds.

If only I could give less than 1 star... VERY disappointed with this company. Was overcharged the first time, and when I asked for an invoice of my refund they sent me someone else's account information. When filling my tank, they had ripped out my cable line. I was on an automatic refill plan where they monitor your tank and fill it when it reads no less than 30% (i was told at the time). The tank is completely empty and I have no hot water and it obviously prevents my furnace from running. It's below 0 outside! I called to let them know that I went with another company and that their tank is available for pick up (very politely might i add). She hung up on me. Coyne is cheaper and they have absolutely amazing customer service. Coyne was able to accommodate me immediately.
