they do the work and never called with an estimate and never returned our calls 3 days in a row when called and asked about cost etc. we took our vehicle there to try to support a local friend well won't be screwed over ever again. never getting our business again.

I dont know. Ive had mixed experiences. He can fix easy stuff for sure but he had one of my friend's car for over a month, didnt fix it and still expected to be paid. I know it was sorta his fault for not taking charge of his car but i still think he was cheated. I think the business could be run better. I wont trust him again. He's super busy too and they are really informal.

nice people idk they failed to put my underbody protection cover back on my truck and did not install transmission brace bolts all the way and I had to call to get the underbody protector back.
otherwise everything else is great transmission shifts smoother than it every has and I've had not issue mechanically with anything they had done
and price was extremely reasonable

It took over a month to get a job done any other certified transmission shop could do in 2 days!!!!! I was promised/ quoted a price repeatedly and then JACKED $500.WHEN FINISHED.PLUS ALL MY PERSONAL PROPERTY,CDs,tools were stolen out of my car when I was promised they d be safe. An additional $1000. Worth of damage was done to the exterior of my car.Todd's claimed no responsibility for the damage or stolen property. The whole experience was nightmare!!!!!And cost me a fortune!!!!!I'd rate Todd's Minus 5 stars!!!!!!!!

This is easily the most unprofessional shop I have ever dealt with. The value for customer satisfaction is insanely low. The woman on the phone told me a transmission repair should take 7 to 10 days and that it would probably be 2-3 weeks and it would be done.. I've called back 3 times to check on the time they didnt even call me when they finished inspecting the vehicle, I had to call them. After 3 very rude phone calls and one month after inspections, I am 4 weeks into a rental car. Over a thousand in cash down the drain. I called to see the status and they tell me at least 2 or 3 more weeks on top of the month it has been already. When I said I had cash and I dont understand the hold up she says that me having cash does not make me special. I wouldnt go back to Todd's if it were the only shop left in michigan. A huge waste of money and time in the middle of a pandemic
