You pack boxes with car parts some are weighing in at 45lbs others could be less then a lbs. From what I know they do not offer any kind of yearly raise. Boiling in the summer ☀️ and comfortable in the winter.

VERY HIGH EMPLOYEE TURNOVER RATE ALERT. Ergonomics of the work stations are a BAD JOKE at best. You will be held to a work "rate" that is on a fantasy level as determined by people who do not do the work, of course. If you can find work elsewhere, take it instead.

This is by far the lowest paying job Ive had in almost 20 years. No benefits, no raises, no chance to advance....you can't pay even basic bills with this job. The average rent in the area will be about 85-90% of your income. Full time work, part time pay. 90% turnover rate, ridiculous rates are expected (these morons actually expect more than 100% from its slave labor) and the mix tape that is played repetitously every night (music a middle aged housewife with no taste would listen to...lady gaga, pink, old disco, blondie etc) will drive you mad. This place is a dead end, skip it.

This is easily one of the lowest paying jobs Ive ever had. Everyone working at Fapco, at least on the floor, is either in dire straights or very close. This is the definition of a dead end job with no chance to advance, no raises and no hope for any quality of life. The fact of the matter is that the rate of pay here compared to local rent prices means you will have to work here 3 weeks out of the month to afford your rent. What follows in the next week is insufficient to pay bills, buy food etc. And don't even think about healthcare. The misery amongst the people that work here is palpable; no one has kind words for this place or the owner. I'm extremely glad I'm simply passing through.

You always work to do but the pay is much lower than any other place I have worked. If the pay was raised to $10 per hour I don't think there would be such a huge turn over.
