Terrible customer service! My family and I will never return, we will stick with Dollar General. Manager , Becca , seems to carry a a huge chip on her shoulders. Perhaps she has something to prove? I’ve witnessed this before with members of her crew. However, this was the first time she lashed out at us. I simply had a question about an item in the back and she replied “ what is it!? “ I repeated myself and she stated “I’m on the computer right now” I offered to wait. She proceeded to roll her eyes and never bothered to comment further. After 5 minutes we decided to leave as our money is better spent else where, and her lack of personal hygiene was starting to bother my nose. Becca needs to be replaced. She is rude, short tempered, and has a hard time listening. Family Dollar is a dying chain, she’ll be unemployed or knocking on Dollar generals door next. What goes around comes around.

The room was nice size, the bed was clean and comfortable. To access the room was quick and convenient. The hotel was virtually empty which made for quiet night. The staff was courteous and helpful. Lots of parking
