While trying to shop at this Dollar Genetal today, a tall female employee walked in front of me several times while I was trying to look at things. Not once did she say 'excuse me.' I'm seriously tired of the lack of manners in people. Just say 'excuse me.' My 12 year old grandson knows enough to say this. Makes this Dollar General look bad.

For some reason dollar general in Buchanan no longer accepts deposit returns when asked they refused and stated they no longer accept deposit returns. I buy most my soda and beer there so they charge me a deposit but refused to take returns! I don't think it's legal is it? Just beware!!

Forced to use the self checkout. I don’t work here why should I have to check myself out. The employees need to get their lazy selves out the back and open a register.

Went in today for western union. Asked cashier if they had money order's. She just looked at me and said I don't know what that is. OK ,,, so then I asked if there were anymore shopping carts other than the ones outside . Then she said we are using all of them. Asked me to go get one from outside, so I tried to get them apart ,3 people were helping me and they were so stuck together none of us got a cart

Never open at the listed hours with no explanation. Constantly low on stock. Hit or miss customer service.

No public restroom even tho they have sign stating it’s public restroom. Even if you are a customer. They’d rather women have accidents or hold it until they get issues apparently.

The store was recently renovated but isn't so nice and clean looking at all. The isles are full of stacked merchandise, you can't walk by.

I shop at Dollar General a lot because it's close to home and convenient. The drawback is the store is unkempt and a constant clutter. Items can be haphazardly thrown with random products. There's no rhyme or reason on how shelves are stocked. The aisles are narrow to begin with and throw in carts with products to be shelved or huge rolling shelves that are blocking the aisles it's ridiculous. Trying to maneuver your cart or turn around in the aisle reminds me of the scene from the Austin Powers movie Goldmember. Austin Powers is trying to turn his golf cart around in this concrete tunnel which so happens to be almost the same width as his golf cart. Impossible feat.
