This review is late in coming but potential customers need to know about Andrew's honesty and integrity, plus he deserves the acknowledgment.
Last year I needed 2 new tires put on my car in a pinch due to one going flat and the other being at the end of its tread life. I paid in cash and unbeknownst to me I overpaid because two new $20.00 bills stuck together, and when Andrew discovered my error he immediately ran out the door and caught me before I left the premises to make sure I got my money back. Enough said :)

Andrew is a really great mechanic he’s honest and will tell you when you don’t really need the work done to you’re vehicle, but when you do it’s really affordable. I had him do a tune up on my very old used junker that ran terribly and you could really feel and hear the difference. His business is one of the gems of Buchanan like lowery’s Andrew brings incredible value to this town and while he’s in business and we are in the area my family will have all of our vehicle work done at AutoMotion complete car care!

I see that that Andrew has a lot of great reviews, however, when my elderly mother asked him if he had a battery charger after her car died at the gas station next to AutoMotion he told her that he did not. I can’t believe that a business that boasts “complete car care” would not have any way to charge a battery. My mom is in her mid 70s and didn’t know what else to do. Thank-God 2 ladies were there and helped my mom get her car started.I don’t know how other people feel, but I always felt that one of the nice things about living in a small town like Buchanan was that people looked out for each other.

Had major surgery done on my older model car, took several weeks but Andrew kept me up to date on a regular basis and did follow up as well. Not easy to find a good mechanic but when you find one, and I believe I have, hold on tight!

i am a local from Galien, Andrew saved my bacon a few times on my 2001 Ram 1500. Being our only vehicle right now, he got me in and out in 1 day on both serious ocassions. Unlike most shops in our area where they lie to you and your vehicle is sitting for a week. Andrew is a straight shooter.
