“Went to Mr.Muffler in Romeo. Went to possible get rotars and pads. Andrew let me know that if he did what I had asked to be done he would be ripping me off. That's a stand up guy there! He said it with other customers in the lobby and that was awesome! So if you need a good shop to go to, go see Bill and the best guys Andrew, Shane, Jim and Adam (there's more but these are the ones I talked with) in Macomb County to do your work. You won't be disappointed.”

“Crazy fast service! My car broke down Wednesday night, I had my car towed to Terry's Thursday morning, they installed an entirely new starter and new tie rods on my car in the same day!! Ridiculously fast service, can't recommend these guys highly enough! And extremely honest too, they edited the initial price I agreed to, to something even lower which they could have easily gotten an extra 60$ out of me for. “Dropped off my Renegade at Jim Riehl’s for a “service engine” light - code was for small evap leak. They ran the test and it passed, so they checked all the rest of the codes to try to find the problem. It passed everything & the light never came back on so they waived the service charge. Crystal was so good about explaining everything to me and keeping me informed. I really appreciate the great people at Jim Riehl’s.”

“I took my car to 2 different mechanics before Goodison... I had a supposed suspension problem. Belle Tire gave me an estimate of over $2000, so I called up Goodison; I heard they had good reviews. They answered right away and fit me in for a time to come in. The guys were so incredibly nice, honest, and straight to the point. Long story short, over the phone they had nothing but good to say about my car, explaining it was well taken care of; I didn't have a suspension problem like Belle Tire told me, and repairs only cost $200, not only that, they fixed my brakes because they noticed there was a screeching noise to them, no extra cost. I was over the moon. I brought them donuts upon my arrival to pick up my car, I was so grateful for their amazing service! Super fast too- they only had my car for 24 hours and was ready to be picked up. Overall a super smooth repair and process. My go-to auto shop for my car!!!! Thank you Goodison Garage!!!”

“Made an appointment with them to fix a rusted out fuel pump on my Silverado that was leaking like sieve. They were fast and friendly. They had it done the next day and it only took that long because they had to order the pump, otherwise it would have been done that day ! They had it up on the rack a couple of hours after I dropped it off and I know this because I could see it in their shop on the lift when I drove by. What really impressed me was when I picked it up, the mechanic brought the old pump out and explained to me exactly what he did . I knew everything he told me was legitimate because we have a fleet of these trucks at work and I've seen this same repair on several of them when they get up there in milage. And here's the thing, they fixed it for 1/3 less than what most places charge do the same repair. They did not cheap out on the parts either because the pump they put on is actually made by Federal Mogul and is as good as the original AC Delco (they gave me the part numbers also and having worked in quality control for the auto manufacturers for several years before my current job I KNOW who made what even though it may be rebranded by the seller. ). This is important because if you put on a cheap pump you will probably be doing the job all over again before too long. All in all I was completely satisfied and it was a pleasure doing business with them and next time I need a repair done I'm calling Howard's !!!”
“Made a few calls before a friend recommended Joe and Norton to me. I couldn't be any happier about it. The best price by a HUGE margin, and the service was outstanding. Even had an issue where we couldn't figure out which of two windshields my car needed, so they brought both, just in case. During the course of my day, my job has me all over the place, so we set up a location and they had it completed in under 45 minutes. The guys installing were online, courteous, and professional. They even re-ran the cable for my dashcam. Easily my highest recommendation. You should stop thinking about it and give them a call.”
“I've gone through 3 rebuilds from other shops, in the last 2 years on my 4r100, each one last only a few months on the 7.3 build I have. These guys recommended the build stage 2. I tow a lot and have hauled 25k a coulpe times now, pulling strong. I finally trust my truck to pull trailers daily. I highly recommend them I couldn't be happier. I wouldn't take any transmissions to another shop. They walked me through what all was going into it. After months of hauling now fluid is just as clean as the day it was put in, temps haven't passed 190 after 4 hrs of hauling continuous. If you need a rebuild these guys are the ones to do you right. Like I said I couldn't be happier with they're service.”

“I took my daughter’s car to the Tuffy Auto Repair to have front and tear brakes replaced. I made an appointment but was concerned because all four bays were double parked with vehicles in repair. They quoted me a price and I asked several times if the job would be done in one day. I was assured it would be completed. Previously, this business was Nightengale Auto Repair. I had been taking vehicles there as needed during the 20 years I have lived in the area and had sterling results. I am pleased to say that Tuffy met all of my expectations. The advertised and quoted price was exactly what they said it would be. The techs and management team were friendly and customer focussed. I will continue to give them my business in the future and recommend them to family and friends. Great job Tuffy.”

A gentleman was inside, and he let me in. Then he fixed my tire, and I was on my way with no charge. Just based on this kind gesture and their amazing reviews, any new repairs that I need done will be done there.”
