Terrible service. I sent my package in July and still now not delivered today. No one cares, no apology for loosing my package. No one knows where it is.I lost important documents. Bad service, I recommend using Fedex or another carrier.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I NEEDED A SMALL PIECE OF TAPE. Lil kid tells me 2 dollars. I asked politely again , and said wait TWO DOLLARS FOR A 2 INCH PIECE OF TAPE?? Actually 1 inch would have been fine. WOW. My fault for it not being taped.

I had a very good experience a week ago. The young fellow was very helpful in that I had no wifi service in that particular building,he suggested i step outside and I got a signal. He suggested I screen shot the QR code , so now I screenshot it before entering any place that may need a QR code. I appreciated his patience with me ❣️
