I would give 0 stars if I could. I don't usually leave reviews but I had to let their terrible service be known. I was referred to them by a trusted colleague of mine, (she's been going to them for over 10 years) so I thought it would safe to go and let them fix on my jeep. Well I went in for 1 thing to get fixed, made an appointment, was on time, waited there while they "fix" the issue. Took 4 hrs, paid, drove off, everything was fine. The very next day the same problem had occurred. But since I had to work I called and told the manager and he told me to bring it back 1st thing at the end of the week. Friday comes around I'm the 1st one there waited almost an hour for the manager , said some bull about why it was an issue and stayed there for another 4 hours, that problem was fixed but another problem had came about, the very next day. So atp I'm annoyed and told them there wasn't an issue before they worked on my jeep but now that I brought it up here twice already it's a different issue, this is ridiculous. He tells me to bring it back immediately and they'll see what the problem is. I did just that and waited hours for them to order a part, change the part and "fix" the issue and I still paid (although i felt like i shouldnt jave because their the ones who messed it up in the 1at place) because it was fixed when I left the parking lot. BUT the very next day the same problem occurred. I just gave up and took it to a REAL SHOP in Ferndale and been with them every since and sent other people there. This place is horrible, and will take advantage of you. Beware of this scandalous shop and the people in there are no better. By the way the owner Bill and the mechanic Jason is responsible for this travesty.

they are very friendly and professional, and always give me a decent price. I really appreciate them and trust them. I will always go back for work on my car. Thank you guys for being so good to me

Worst place to get your car fixed! The owner had no sense of customer service and was very rude! First he wouldn't provide a quote to do the job, then he was pissed because I made him provide me a quote... When he did gave me a quote, he couldn't find the parts so I had to go get the parts myself! And when I got the parts for him, he couldn't get the job done because one of the parts was seized. And then he wanted to charge more money because he "spent a lot of time on the car". Horrible experience ... Don't go to this place. Owner is a rip off!!

Get service elsewhere! Con artists running this shop. "Bill" does some shady work here and uses cheap parts. Car left with more problems then it came in with. Will never return!Service: Exhaust
