“Just had my truck at Jacks, 4 days ago replaced my rack & pinion. I picked up the truck within a few hrs of working on it. Upon paying the bill ( which was minimal) Moses informed me my one of my wheel bearings was going bad. I told him I would get it repaired soon, but as my luck goes it went really bad quickly. I called them and talked to Moses again about the noise and stuff that was happening, he told me to bring it up and they'd look at it. I did and he took me right in immediately and diagnosed the problem even showing me the problem. 2 hrs later he did the job he quoted me and the truck has NO noise at all and is driving great, needless to say Jacks does great work, I would highly recommend this place to everyone who wants a great mechanic!!”

“I would defiantly recommend this place. I called them around 1:30pm and they said they would call me right back. Within 10 minutes I received a call back letting me know they could have a set of 4 tires for my car by 4pm at a very affordable price. Once I arrived they got my car right in. “They recommended run flats when I went in for new tires. I saw the price, cheaped out, and went with a cheaper option. Good tires, but not run flats. BIG MISTAKE. I got a hole that fix-a-flat couldn't fix and, because new Cadillacs aren't designed for lifting with a jack (which is why run-flats are recommended for my Cadillac), I went through hell getting the car to Tire Traxx to replace it.This time I did what I should've done in the first place and replaced the damaged tire with a Pirelli run flat. They gave me a really good price. In fact, not much more than I paid per tire when I bought the set of cheaper tires. I'll be back for the other 3 run flats before this new tire is worn.I was very nervous when I brought it in the first time because the Cadillac dealership I go to for service and maintenance warned me they have a special lift for new Cadillacs and that the car would be damaged if lifted normally. However, Tire Traxx showed me the car on the lift to show me that no damage was done to the car.”

“Besides doing excellent work on the regular & while my truck was getting exhaust sensors changed, I asked Jason if he could look at my tires & rims bc I'm losing about 8 lbs every 3 days.
I have been to discount tire once and Belle tire in L. P. 3 times with the same negative results. They check the tire, clean up the rims & send you on your way. Plus they keep talking about getting new rims. Well these are in excellent condition.
Anyways, Autolab found 4 faulty valve stems, changed them out and absolutely no air loss! Period!

“I just have to say that Travis took care of me and did exactly as asked. He mounted my wheels and tires I brought in no problem with no balance because that will be done at a later most likely here and got me done in an hour correctly mounting these tires. I plan on bringing my truck in for an alignment if it’s needed here just because he provided with the best service. Also have to thank his tire techs for helping me unload my heavy wheels and tires and helping me load them back up.”
