While I was checking out to buy my shoes, I asked if after I walk out the door the shoes were mine? She said absolutely not. If I wasn't ? satisfied, I could return them within a generous amount of time period and Either exchange or get a refund. “I visited Play It Again Sports in search of a hard to find bowling ball. They specialize in used, new and specialty sports equipment. They offer discounted prices. They had a few bowling balls, but not the specific one I was looking for. The associate was very professional, informative, courteous and attentive to my needs. He informed me that their location receives different equipment all the time. Therefore, I should check back periodically for my ball. He was able to offer several options to assist with my search. I recommend this location, and I will return.”

“My boyfriend and I went to Southland in search for shoes for myself. The first place we went was Champs...I found myself a pair I liked but decided to look around..next thing we knew the gates were closing around us...we ran to Champs to get my shoes and found them to be closed..we asked if we could just come in to grab a specific shoe...we were turned down. So we were getting in our car when someone came running out after us to inform us that they can infact let us in the store. Ethan was the employee and he was super kind and helpful.
