I'm very disappointed with the level of service that PNC gives its customers.
They can't help with anything. Everything is controlled by corporate, somewhere else.
They would be better off closing down and have ATM only, then giving the illusion they are a real bank

How can one use this branch when having no card? You issue one, then cancel it. You charge for checking out balance and transferring our own money within the account.. closing my account.. they don't care for their standard customers.. only the wealthy

They no longer have Bank Tellers at this location. You can only use the ATM. This sucks!!!

An impressively awful bank. Lady who greets you in an utter j*** every time we come in, always turns us away saying we have to make appointments well in advance to use any bank services, but never EVER picks up the phone (I'm serious. I've had the phone ring for literally a half hour with no answer. Not even able to get put on hold). No tellers (though if you ask, you're responded with contempt and rudeness as if you're the strange one for asking for a teller). They claim all banking is only done through the ATM outside with no security or officer present. Though if you do try, the ATM probably doesn't have money (didn't when I tried to use it). Apparently their new policy is not offer neither service nor money, and if you ask for either, you're looked at with confusion and contempt and asked to leave. I've been banking with PNC since I was a kid; it was never like this before. I guess it's time to find a new bank. Listen to your customers, PNC! You're losing them hand over fist.

The absolute worst customer service! And being a PNC customer for over 20 years, it's truly disappointing how there is no communication and lack of decency for your customers! I'd rather keep my money in my sock drawer!

I have used PNC for years and years. Now that they've changed this to a completely digital branch, I have no choice but to take my funds to a credit union. There are no tellers available, only the ATM. You can request to speak to a teller via video call, but they're not from this location (they're remote). You can only withdraw 20s, 10s and 1s. I needed 5s in particular and they couldn't do it because the machine doesn't dispense that denomination. I don't understand how you can function as a bank without the fundamentals. I was so disappointed with the experience I had utilizing this digital branch.

I feel I can give only a 2 star since dealing with a bank that never actually answers their phone instead of making the customer deal with an automated system is poor business management. It truly is frustrating and non- productive.

Great bank. Switched there several years ago and will never switch to another. I have been out of state and drove 1 hour in done direction just to go to a pnc bank. Best bank in my opinion.
