Been taking my cars here for years. Great service every time. They told me I had a seal issue and told me to take to dealer.. sure enough, after a consumption test the seals needed to be replaced on my 4yr old T & C. I've gone in just for air in tires and when my wiper blade popped off over the winter, I waited for open bay and they hooked it up, no charge. New van using manufacture recommend oil, I was told before they did anything what the cost would be.

Would not even give this place one star but sadly i have no choice. I had never been here before and i was way over due for a change and while i was in the area with some extra time i decided to stop on the spur of the moment. There was no other cars being serviced at the time so i figured being the only one needing an oil change it should be fairly quick. I pulled up to the bay door closed which was no big deal considering it was cold out so no reason it needed to be kept open... however with them being all glass doors i could clearly see one employee sitting in the oil change bay watching a movie (Fantastic 4 to be exact). I sat at the door waiting and watching him sit and watch the movie, as about 5 mins goes by and just as i am about to blow my horn a commercial comes on and he looks over to see me waiting, he proceeds to get up and looking at his body language and the look on his face i could tell he was aggravated to see me. He opens the door and then motions me in all the while with the same aggravated i have something better to do attitude.. i pull in he says turn it off and pop the hood. .. he messes around under the hood for a min or two then goes under my car, comes back up and asks if i have ever been there before, i explained i have been to other pennzoils shops but never this exact location, he grabs a booklet of paper and damn near tosses it on my lap telling me to fill it out. He comes back to the window as another employee finally shows up from somewhere in the shadows cuz until this minute the whole half hour i had been there at this point i had not seen him. He then asks which kind of oil would i like to use and names off a few synthetic, blah blah blah highmileage. Well i have no clue what any of that means and figuire well i better get the highmileage since i do have some pretty high miles at this point. Him and the other employee fiddle around underneath and under my hood for another 15 mins or so and then he comes back to my window saying the total was $42.99! What?! $42.99... Now this is not my first oil change ever and let me tell you i have paid $20 and had gotten way better service and a more thorough oil change. Idk if they even bothered to change my oil filter, they never said anything to me. Never checked my lights, my wipers, did not top off any fluid (besides the oil, or at least i hope). As of almost 3 days later my car is still telling me to get an oil change, its still running rough and i had to pay $43 for an oil change with an attitude and almost an hour and half of my time.

Unprofessional staff, charged me for putting air in my tires. Take advantage of the customer. They ran my debit card for $5.00 for the air in my tires since I didn't have cash. Total frauds.

Being having oil changes here for years. Never any issues. They use the oil that is recommend for my vehicle. Charge for oil change is exactly the same as what i pay at the dealer without the wait. They keep track of oil changes and let me know that i was having a consumption issue (going through to much oil for the year of my vehicle) took it to the dealership and needed seals replaced. They fill washer fluid, check tire pressure every time.

Worst service I have ever had at a lube shop. You guys are ripping off Mr Lube in Canada. You guys stole the name and are making a bad rep for the shops in Canada. $19.99 oil change. That is the biggest rip off. 20 bucks for a oil change yeah okay. $19.99 for oil change tells everyone right there that your a rip off. Stop making Mr Lube the Canadian company look bad. You guys are the bad guys.......
