Way over price they want 45 bucks just to change your phone other stores are 25 and they over charge for phone case 31. Bucks for a 12-dollar case. This store used to be good, but now forget it go to the one in Trenton on west best metro store around here

Worse experience ever. The guy name Keith decided to charge two of us 45 dollars to switch new phones. Today 5/29/24 went there again to transfer data onto another phone said “our system is done on my end go across the street they can help you there.” Meanwhile the system was never down on his end, and he was playing around on our account adding unnecessary charges and putting extra add ons without our permission! We were currently at the other store and we called customer service and they tracked the location and it was right at this store. Never trust this place go to the other one in Brownstown this one and the guy is a joke. The other location only charged us 25 to switch phones (way cheaper)! This guy only cares about selling a phone or cases and whatnot so he can make money. If you aren’t doing any of those things he will reject you and send you over to another place. Very unprofessional and rude.

Keith always tries to help me the best he can, he is always kind to me, and tries to figure out whatever phone will work best for my kids and I. I've learned to only use service at this location or monroe metro building, they are very honest with me, and even went out of their way to help me with a situation! Sam is a great business man, treats his customers like family. This is by far, the best metro locations there is!!!
