Pharmacy never answers the phone. They say medicine is ready and it's not. Medicine was suppose to be here ready at 6pm but apparently they haven't even been able to order it. Will be missing doses of my medicine thanks to them.

Been using this pharmacy for about 2 years now without any issues. They fill my prescriptions quickly and it’s rare for something to be out of stock. Any time I call and need to speak with a pharmacist, I’m able to without a long hold. My one and only complaint is that any time we get a liquid medication for the kids, it never comes with a syringe. I’m not sure if we need to ask or what, but every single time we have to go back and get one. Never had this issue anywhere else.

I've been getting my prescriptions filled here for years. I have been very happy with the service for most of the time. But lately it's been going down hill. I have been a KrogerRxclub member for years. But recently they sent me an email stating the club was being cancelled. A few weeks later I was sent a text about joining the new KrogerRxclub. So I paid my fee to join. Now I try to sign in to my account, and they say I don't have an account. What a rip off. I've been getting 180 quantity for one of my prescriptions for years. My doctor prescribed 180 quantity that's what I want. Now I only get 60 quantity. Can't even read the prescription correctly. The New Krogerx app is useless. Can't even sign up if you don't have an account. Well, I paid for one, but they say I'm not a member. Well, looks like I'm not a customer anymore either.

I came in to make an alcohol purchase at this location. At the self checkout, the employee came to scan my ID. He first scanned my ID the wrong way, and then told me that he would be right back and took my ID. He took my ID a few registers down & I saw him & a few other employees looking at my ID with a light. He then came over, handed me my ID, and took my items I rang up away from me and started walking away. I asked if there was an issue & he told me that he cannot fulfill my purchase because my ID was "fake." My ID is real & is not expired. I politely asked him to scan it again because there was clearly an error and he refused and was extremely disrespectful. I called and spoke to the manager, who was friendly, but extremely unhelpful. I do not recommend this location because the staff is clearly not trained & disrespectful, and because the management is not helpful whatsoever.

I've been going to this place for 15 years and it's going downhill so much that I'm going to be doing business somewhere else. Call about my scripts 3 hours ago they said two are done and they're working on the 3rd. Guess what the third one isn't done. They don't have any idea how long it's going to take. Paid for the two and asked the girl to give me two fives and a 10 for my $20 bill I gave her she said the manager won't allow it ask to speak to the manager he wasn't there and the assistant manager was on the phone I'm done with this dump!

Used to enjoy coming here for my family’s prescriptions but since the new staffing changes service has gone downhill. Some of the techs are great but the new assistant pharmacy manager is rude and often times lazy. There have been multiple times that we have waited all day for prescriptions to be ready and she tells us she can’t fill it. Today my fiancé needed a loan for one of his medications and they first said they would only give him a 3 day supply even when I told them his appointment with the doctor was 5 days away. How does that make sense? After stressing the importance of my fiancé having his medication I was placed on hold and the tech then told me the pharmacist on duty wouldn’t allow any loans because my fiancé was overdue for the medication.. HE WAS OVER DUE BECAUSE HE WAS OUT OF REFILLS. We’ve decided to no longer come to this store or shop here.

I prefer this Kroger over the one closest to my house! The variety is vast. The prices are always low. There are usually a handful of cashiers on duty- which I avoid going through the self check out to save our human employees!

Ever since Covid this Kroger has gone down hill. produce is gone or old, shelf's are empty . It's ridiculous . Don't forget nobody at the register .

Have only had good experiences here. Tonight (12/21/21) Andrew was very helpful. He got my order filled quickly and even helped with the cost of my medication. Couldn't ask for more.

JOE WAS VERY RUDE TO ME AND DIDNT, DO HIS JOB!, AND THE END OF THE DAY I DIDNT HAVE MY MEDS, BECAUSE OF HIS LACK OF ATTENTION!, PS. EVERYONE ELSE WHO IS ABOUT 20 YRS IN AGE ALL LOOK CLUELESS, @ THERE JOB. THINK OF TAKING THIS ISSUE UP TO UPPER MANGEMENT.
