“My mom recently had to file an insurance claim for her damaged phone. The insurance company gave us the hardest time with the claim, so we went to see Dyson at the Metro PCS store on Dix in Lincoln Park. Dyson got on the phone with the insurance company and assisted us with completing the claim.
Dyson was professional, patient and very kind. He did not have to go above and beyond like he did, but we sure are grateful that he did.
Dyson even told my mom that she could bring her replacement phone in when she received it and he would set it up for her. Once she received the phone, Dyson took care of getting her data transferred to the new phone.

“Updating to take away a star due to phone service. I’ve called at various times of the day, on multiple different days, attempting to reach different departments. I’ve never once had someone actually answer the phone. The line rings and rings until disconnecting.
I always receive great customer service, I almost always find what I’m looking for, and even when it’s very busy, check out is fast.”

I originally came to the store to ask shipping questions but she was so knowledgeable about T-mobile network, deals and their items that I ended up purchasing more items. Please be in the know that Target has a "Holiday Price Match Guarantee!"I have found that shopping at the Target stores in Michigan is the best retail experience that I have always had! Target opened in Rosville, Minnesota in, what I believe was,1962. They have seemingly kept the customer first when most retailers have unfortunately abandoned that concept. I rarely give a Google review to a retail outlet whether it is on-line or at a box store, but I believe it is time for me to recognize Target for their excellence! “I went T-Mobile in Flat Rock a couple of years ago for a new phone. Every time I had a question, or a problem the staff helped me out.
This week I went to T- Mobile asking about a tablet.
Jena was my salesperson. Jena answered all my questions about the tablet and T-Mobile Internet Srevice. Jena stated how easy it was to set up a new modem. I will admit I am not computer person, but with the help from Jena I was able to get a Tablet and a newT-Mobile Internet Service.

He will also make sure you fully understand what was wrong with your computer and walk you through the solution and answer any and all questions you have. He will explain everything in as much detail as you need. He truly cares about what he does and his clients. You won’t get this kind of service, knowledge or experience at most other computer stores especially big box stores. The price was very fair. I would highly recommend ECS for your computer needs.”

“This 7-11 sold the most slurpee's in the Nation I'm guessing and for that they received a Slurpee Machine only for Lemonade and you can mix it with raspberry, strawberry, blueberry, and snozzberries!
