  Can’t say enough good things. Abe was professional, fair, and had my car in and out in just a few days. He communicated with me well and finished quicker than he originally told me my car would be done. I’ll be getting all my repairs done here going forward. I highly recommend!

  I had an exceptionally good experience when I visited last week!
  
  I took my vehicle in for an estimate on repairing minor (but large area) damages to the passenger side rear door, rear quarter panel, and rear bumper.
  
  Nicole greeted me outside with an upbeat attitude, was sympathetic to my situation, assessed the damage, and came up with a game plan that worked GREAT for my timeline and budget.
  
  I hope the quality of work from the folks behind the garage door is as amazing as Nicole's customer service.

  The collision shop is my go to for all my vehicle body repairs. They are friendly and reasonable. And a great value with excellent workmanship. Today i ran over a paint can that some idiot left in a gas station parking lot. Red paint all over the side of my truck. The Collision Shop removed it all and the truck looks as good as new. And did it as a courtesy!

  Took my daughter's car in due to a minor accident to the front driver's side. Had to wait over a week for them to start because the technician was off.On a sidenoted, I had to return the car the very next day after the initial pick up because there was some sort of smudges on the door that they repaired. The technician was nice and promptly buffed the door.Despite their reassurances that my daughters car would be safe and mechanically sound, they released the car to her in an unsafe condition....twice!I should have trusted my gut because when we first arrived at the Collision Shop there was a gentleman customer who was complaining about the shoddy work that they had done on his vehicle and that he had waited a month for them to fix it and he was close to going elsewhere. Overhearing that conversation made me nervous but still gave them a try.The first time the car was in the shop for about two weeks. The day after getting the car back, my daughter was pulling out of the driveway when the suspension broke. The right front end completely collapsed to the ground. Thank God she was not on the highway! We had the car towed back to the shop. The shop blamed the insurance company for not inspecting it. The shop took no ownership for the problem. Instead, they stated that they don't have a mechanic so they contract with a different shop for mechanical repairs.The car had to stay there another two or so weeks. I was once again reassured that the car would be safe for my daughter.Immediately upon driving away from the shop, we noticed a problem (we picked up after hours). We made it one block from the shop and had to pull over because the car was driving funny and making a strange noise.Instead of giving them another chance to endanger my daughter, I had the car towed to Firestone where they immediately identified the problem. It was something that was not fixed properly by the Collision Shop's mechanic and the car was not safe to drive!The folks at Firestone were very professional and checked the car out even though it was closing time. They fixed the car very next day. I am so greatful to the folks at Firestone in Woodhaven.I called the Collision Shop the next day to inform them of what happened. Once again, the blame was placed elsewhere. The worker stated that they didn't even drive the car after the mechanical repair. They just took the shops word for it.I was told that the owner would call me but he never did.The Collision Shop should stop taking responsibility for mechanical repairs if they do not plan to actually ensure that the work is done.Lesson learned...never use a collision shop that does not have their own ASE certified mechanics, especially those that do not seem to monitor the quality of services provided.

  Took my 2004 Sebring to , The Collision Shop Allen Road in Brownstown to see about my bumper under flap hanging, Causing mybumper to rip off as I am driving down these bumpy roads,he slid under the car and put new clips on and refused to take payment for the repair, so heart warming, Thank You for your , Time, Generosity and Honesty as ,many Greedy shops would of tried selling me a whole new bumper, You are Greatly Appreciated, would definitely recommend this Honest shop for your repairs !!Service: Body & Trim

  This team does Great work. My most recent experience was the third time they've done work for me. I needed my vehicle back sooner than the recommended time the repair should have taken. I explained my need to the shop manager. She understood, and her team came through like champs!!! Awesome job!!

  I came in with a bunch of scuff marks on my truck from a hit and run. They were able to help me out by cleaning up the area and removed 90% of the damage for free. The guys were really helpful and talked through everything with me. I highly recommend going to these guys!

  I am 51 years old and have never left a bad review for a business till now as I am really easy going. My van has been at this shop over four months.I flew up from TN to get my van and the following had issues. The brakes went to the floor. The AC wasn’t charged. The brand new transmission that was just put in went out on me approximately 15 miles from the shop. The passenger axle that has just been replaced was leaking. There is no telling what else I don’t know about. Here it is 12 days later and my vehicle is not ready and the communication is horrible. In my opinion, this company should not be in business. I have been more than patient, but every has a limit.Service: Body & Trim
