I cannot express how much I appreciate the gentlemen at this company!! I called in after getting a huge quote from Firestone to see how much I would have to pay to get a gasket cover replaced on my vehicle. He was very nice and very upfront with the amount that I would pay which was more than half less than what Firestone quoted and told me I could bring my car in right away so he could diagnose it and they actually ordered the part that day, and I had my car back the next business day. This is now my definite auto repair spot and I recommend others to use them as well!! Thank you for all your help and for not taking advantage of a woman trying to get her only means of transportation fixed.

I went in for a windshield motor replacement! They fixed what needed to be fixed with no other issues. My warranty covered my repair I'm a satisfied customer. Would definitely go to them again.

They went above and beyond for my problems with my truck. They fixed it the right way. Firestone took me for a ride and didn't listen to me. Ryan went the distance to make me happy. I will always take my trucks to get repaired here. Great place.

Scammers took my car here to get my engine replaced they lied and acted like they replaced it my gap insurance paid them 7g for a new engine. Took my car to the dealership found out it was the same engine the whole time. Mind you I was without my car for like 7 months. God bless you all but remember what goes around always comes right back around. Smooches

I love this place..they did such great work on my car....I was so upset from a previous bad dealership experience that i was worried to take it someplace else but Ryan was awesome and put my mind at ease and the rest of the staff is so nice and helpful as well... I will tell everyone I know to go here.

My husband and I are in our 60s, we bought a used truck drove it for 2 weeks and the motor blew up. The dealer Georges used cars sent the truck to Bronstown Auto and they had to replace the motor it took them 5 weeks to replace it! They were rude over the phone and kept saying it should be done soon. They are ridiculous!!! Rude and disrespectful!!! I’ll never use them again!!! Never!!! Stir clear of them!!!

This place has put my father through H*LL, while “fixing” his vehicle. Basically promised 4 different finish dates and lied over and over again … totally unprofessional and extremely frustrating! Avoid doing business here, if at all possible!Service: Engine repair

This shop put a transmission in my van and it was returned back to the Collision shop next door. I flew all the way from TN to get my van and the transmission left me stranded on the interstate within 15 miles. 11 days later I called Ryan the service manager to check on the status, and he refused to talk to me, stated that he could only communicate with the Collision shop. Is this the kind of service you would want for your vehicle?Service: Transmission
