Got a LOF today in Brooklyn, MI. Was helped by Matt & Brice. EXCELLENT customer service. I almost did not go because of one bad seed that used to work there. I'm so glad I went. I will definitely be back!

Moving out from Seattle this was the business that welcomed me to the village. As long as I had WA plates not every car repair treated me well.
I've been with them for over 2 years.
Today I met a new employee Matt that had top rated customer service skills. I was in and out and thoroughly enjoyed my visit.
I won't go anywhere else

Customer beware! Called to speak to the owner 2 weeks ago. Haven't heard from them. Maybe they will respond to this review to make the issue right. I think it's important for a business to stand by their work and make sure all employees are trained properly. When damages or issues arise then why as a business professional wouldn't you want to speak to the customer about their concern and make it right?
As of 4/22/23 I still have not been contacted by anyone from there. You claim to have contacted me yet I have no voicemails from you or any other staff member. Come on, I am aware that her vehicle is old and has some normal old vehicle issues. However, the oil was not leaking from the oil pan plug until she brought it in for an oil change. Funny, since taking it to a different location and having a new plug put in there are no longer large pools of oil under her car.

Went here for an oil change and they didn't even replace the oil filter. Says a lot.

My girlfriend got an oil change from here two weeks ago and has problems with losing oil. She's been in 6 times with the same issue that they keep saying "they've fixed" but she still continues to have the same problem. The 5th time she went in they told her it was a problem with the plug. Swapped out the plug and that she was good to go. She is now on her way back in with the same issue and her 6th time going back to have them rectify the issue. I would highly advise not going here for oil changes. Thats ridiculous.

DO not use this place. Brought cuminings in for an oil change. 2 days later saw oil drips in drive. Checked and oil filter loose.. Nobody does their job anymore. Think they would have stood behind a new Cummins...yah me too. Shoddy at best
