$15 wash, my expectations were low to start, but my car us still dirtier than I thought it would be. Still had yo go elsewhere for vacuums...this one had no power. Still bugs on the windshield...nice

This car wash is closed during regular hours more than it’s open. I bought a monthly package; however, every time I go to get the wash, they are closed for repairs. Not a good experience.

This car wash use to have good customer service a few months ago when the nice young man was running it! Now it just seems like there goal is to push you through the tunnel as fast as they can car has soap on it and nothing but bugs on the front. I'm done with this place. It was cool because it's by my work but the customer service has gone down hill I remember actually getting greeted and my car would come out clean. But nope paid for a 20 dollar ultimate and it looks the same. I'll be taking my car somewhere elsewhere

Absolutely do not recommend I paid for the deluxe (10 dollars) and for what my wheel wells are caked still in mud I took photos. Only reason I'm commenting is because it's the 2nd time this week

I posted a negative review a month or so back due to 3 different issues I've had with Zaxs over the years, 2 of which just recently happened. I've deleted that post today and want to leave this new one. I have been a Fast Pass member for many years and have overall been satisfied. The quality of washes definitely varies between locations with my favorite being the Livonia location at Plymouth and Levan, those guys clearly take pride in customer service and do a Great job. My car was dented at the Livonia
(Plymouth Rd. and Middlebelt) location several years ago. The experience I had with the location employees and attempted correspondence with the corporate office was a joke. I got nothing but, excuses, "It wasn't us", "no way we did that" etc.
I left multiple messages and emails, with pictures and exact details. I never once got a response or reply. I ended up paying $250 out of my own pocket for Paintless Dent Removal.
The chain of locations is now under new ownership, my recent 2 issues were handled flawlessly, night and day difference from before. The communication and customer service was outstanding, the repairs were covered at no cost to me other than my time, and I couldn't be happier. I understand issues occur with mechanical drive through systems like these. The difference is how they're handled. Thanks Brian! I wish you continued success. Frank

I brought my husband truck through today. I am usually here a few times a week and Dominic is always so friendly and does a great job at getting my vehicle clean.

This is my 4th or 5th wash at this location, I normally go to the Zax's in Chelsea but I was in the area. I was pleased to see the employee greeted me at the gate and assisted me with a gift card. I think he said his name is Dominic. He sprayed and got every inch of dirt and mud off of my car before I went through the actual wash, Everyone always has a positive attitude and seems to care more about satisfaction of the customers than most other employees I have seen between the 2 car washes. I am very pleased and I plan to come to this location more often.

DAMAGE to my car from brushes. Attendant agreed and said Zax headquarters would take care of it. WRONG! They did not care. Do NOT use their carwash! Your car will thank you!

Friendly staff....not bad car wash for 20 bucks a month...could be bad water or not enough to rinse...not workers fault, they appreciate the tips and say thank you and spend a few more seconds knocking off dirt and gunk before they send you thru...good people...4 stars due to water

We have a membership and they’re closed at 5:30 and we can’t use it.
Thank you for the response. We showed up the next day at 9:00AM (June 11th) and there was an employee car there. The garages were open with a car in the driveway. We knocked on the door and no one answered. We ended up leaving. We would like a refund on our membership. This is not professional and the hours don’t reflect what is advertised. My wife called the Phone Number for the establishment and no one answered. Maybe this location has a bad employee that needs to be let go.
