I spoke with the manager, named Kaleb Marogi a few minutes ago. They mentioned that the earliest check in today will be 3PM despite having rooms available currently. Please let me know as soon as a room may be available.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at!Every main room door slams and is not a soft close. We heard doors slamming all night and morning. They slammed so hard our beds shook! We had the room fan on, we had our own personal fan on high and a sound machine on very loudly and still were woken up or startled multiple times from other people's doors slamming. The pool closed at 11 so there were kids running up and down the hallways super late.Multiple people were smoking in their rooms and the hallways were super smoky... It's a non-smoking hotel. We got up for breakfast which was frequently running out of food items. They had a mislabeled juice machine that dispensed water instead of orange juice. We were all locked out of our rooms before checkout and had to get our cards redone at the front desk. The staff was super rude and said the cards stop working the day you leave, not after checkout time. So if you leave your room at all the day you checkout you can't get back in unless you go to the front desk.We wanted to get some pool time in in the morning after breakfast but it didn't open until 10am.Hand sanitizers were not working and the soap dispenser in the bathrooms were out.

The staff made a rude comment saying, "first come first serve."

Recently stayed for 3 nights in a poolside 2 queen bed suite with separate living room area, room 142. Our first night went well however the next 2 nights were horrible. On the 2nd night the pool area was very rowdy and upon calling the desk they stated it was out of their control basically to do anything and they were fully booked so couldn't move our room even though I never asked, just wanted to let my boys swim in a safe environment and didn't feel I could with what was happening. I'm happy I didn't let them swim since a few hours later a whole full size wooden table had gotten thrown into the pool. But it gets worse, in the middle of the night the fire alarm gets pulled by whom I can only assume was from the same hotel guest that think furniture belongs in the pool and the hotel doesn't seem to care how other guests feel. When trying to hurrily exit my 2 young sons from our poolside room the carpet literally splashed right outside of our room and saturated their slippers, since for several hours the pool area was unruly with people leaving the enclosed pool area and running right next to rooms around the circle of carpet in front of rooms, again the hotel did nothing to stop this. After finding out that it was a false alarm I had a sleepless night of trying to calm my youngest and assure him he could sleep there was no fire, and the people running around pulling fire alarms couldn't get into our room. I spoke again on Saturday night with the front desk who was kind and assured me she would speak with managers. Sunday morning they had fans in the hall for the saturated carpet. Sunday morning at check out the same woman was at front desk and told me that I would be refunded 2 nights for the problems, however would have to speak with manager who was going to do it on Monday since he said he couldn't do it until he got there Monday morning. When I called and asked to speak to said manager Monday morning I was told I could be refunded for only 50% of one night, and that they would call me right back if after speaking to who said that said they said that, even though the manager who said that was supposed to be on. Wish what I got told was what they did to fix the problem. Very disappointed and not family friendly.

Pros: A/C fan worked well. Beds seemed clean and comfortable. Cable TV was good. Had Kiureg coffee maker in the room. Mini fridge worked. Blackout shades. Breakfast was good. Only paid $140 after veteran discount for room which wasn’t a bad price considering comparable hotels in the area. Great location close to lots of shopping and the highway.Cons: paint in bathroom peeling. Front desk had to ration towels because the kids in pool area used them all. Pool was overly chlorinated. Hot tub was broke and underwater light was lying at the bottom with exposed wires. Hotel was very busy and had kids screaming and running the halls all night. Front desk clerk at night was in the back room or always on a personal phone call. Hallways smelled strongly like vape and marijuana. Rear hallway exit did not have working card reader so it was propped open most of the time. Clerk allowed a group of 25-30 people to congregate in the lobby and have a football watch party until fairly late while the kids ran around the halls. Likely it’s not this busy with large groups like this traveling together and I just got unlucky the day I stayed.Walkability: Next to target and chilis and more.

No wonder it is a 2 star hotel. 1st of all I paid for a non smoking room and when I opened the door as if someone blew cigarette’s smoke to my face. I asked them to change the room but they said there isn’t any other room available. However I checked it online and they still had rooms to book. 7am tried to take shower and no shampoo in the room and help desk told me I had to wait till 8am and ask house keeper. They also would not change my booked dates so no flexibility. Anything I asked for they said no very inconvenient.

Terrible hotel. Buyer beware. They falsely advertise king size rooms with Expedia. We booked the non-refundable rate. At check-in, Cherry lied and said Expedia didn't send the right info. We showed her evidence that was wrong. Then she said they didn't have king size rooms. Then we proved that wrong. Then she said changed her story to say her manager assigned the rooms. Then she changed her story again and said they sold the rooms to someone else and overbooked. It was a non-refundable rate, so she wouldn't give us money back or a discount. That is fraud, and her lying made it worse. Then the pool was green and not clean. I uploaded photos. Even the hot tub was green with brown stains on the stairs of the hot tub. I have uploaded pics. The place is filthy. Dust EVERYWHERE. Even the stairs going upstairs were full of dust. Keurig in the room wasn't clean. Stains on the rugs in the hallway. None of the walls or doors washed for YEARS. Absolutely disgusting. Filth everywhere. Stay away. Not only do they falsely advertise and perpetrate fraud, but you will leave the hotel with a new fungus. So gross.Rooms: The rooms are filthy. Tub wasn't even clean. Ring of dirt stain around the bottom of the tub. Uploaded pics. None of the taps cleaned. Wanted to shower after I showered, it was so dirty.

Absolute nightmare of a stay. My husband had a early morning surgery so we stayed here because of proximity. About 10 pm several families arrived with small children The kids began to run up and down the halls , yelling, slamming doors etc. I called down and complained but this behavior continued. At 11 pm I went out and confronted 6 children and an adult and asked them to please go to to their rooms and be quiet… it lasted about 20 minutes and then they were back in the hall!! I confronted them again at midnight and again at 1:30. Different adults each time. We had to be up at 5am. Needless to say we arrived for surgery exhausted. When we checked out the person at the front desk said they had been up several times during the night to try and quiet them. I think they should have been asked to leave. Totally disgusted.

They try to give you single rooms when you clearly booked 2 rooms on Priceline. Not my fault the listings are all over the place maybe y'all should straighten that out with the people who are the major reason you even sell rooms. Instead you keep screwing people over week after week.

I hope the manager reads this as there hasn’t been another way I can seem to speak with them. I’ve left messages to have them call me back and it’s been a week with no home call. I have called multiple times this week and the employees have hung up on me before I even got to speak with someone. My family stayed in two rooms for 6 nights to finish closing out an estate. I have children on the autism spectrum and we picked this hotel specifically because of the pool. This was our second chance with the hotel because the last time we stayed for a funeral, the pool had no water in it. This time, they closed the pool minutes after we checked in and did not reopen it for the duration of our stay (6 nights and 7 days). My parents watched our children and we’re not able to leave the hotel. We were told the kids couldn’t be in the hallway nor could they be in the breakfast area. Obviously, they couldn’t swim either since the pool was closed. The rooms were poorly lit, they had tape on the floor to repair holes, they had molding that was falling off, chairs were broken and the fridge/freezer didn’t work. I brought up these concerns after our first stay and the employees didn’t seem to care as they didn’t make any notes. When I asked for a vacuum to clean the rooms, I was told that they don’t allow guests to use the vacuums but also they consequently don’t clean the rooms for long stays either. We had to throw our own trash away each day, we had two bath towels for each room. There wasn’t proper bedding for all the beds and no support when I asked for service. To top it off, when we left, they charged me an extra $1020 for both rooms because they were left “destroyed”. It wasn’t clean for sure because we couldn’t vacuum but my wife and I wiped down all services before we left AND took our own garbage. I highly recommend finding a different hotel to stay at in Brighton. Our family has stayed at various other hotels over the years and this has been the worst. It is only a slight step above a motel 6. This hotel was NOT a $2600+ resort stay as we have done that in the past….this was a garbage stay during a stressful time and we were treated like dirt. Not family friendly for sure!!Rooms: TrashWalkability: Close to many stores and restaurants which is wonderful!Noteworthy details: Find another hotel to stay at! Not worth it.

The guy at the front desk was fantastic. Sorry that I didn't get your name, dude, but you had the brightly colored jacket and ear gauges. Thank you!The room seems nice, although I could have done without the woman in the parking lot yelling at one of her companions that she was going to call the police on him. That is no fault of the hotel. I anticipate a perfectly good breakfast experience in the morning.A big minus to the hotel is that the web page says pets are welcome, but the actual corporate policy is service animals only.

I waited a few weeks to write this review, so I could be objective. I have stayed at this hotel before, and enjoyed my stay, so I disregarded the latest reviews. That said, when we arrived, the elevator was broken and we needed to change to a first floor room. After some shuffling, a room was found, and we were told it would be a 30 minute wait. That wait was closer to 40-45 minutes, but finally we got in our room. Upon entering, it smelled clean ( had been freshly mopped) , we just dropped our bags and left. When we returned, the room smelled like old gym shoes. Upon climbing into bed, I literally was trying not to fall off the bed it was sloping towards the floor. It was also really low to the floor. After clinging to the mattress for a while, I used the bedding meant for the sofa bed, and placed it under the mattress so it would help level it out, which helped slightly. In the bathroom, there were dry boogers on the wall next to the hair dryer.???The air conditioner never got our room cold enough, despite being set at 66 degrees. As our stay continued, the smell of the room got steadily worse. I suspect it was from the carpet. Air freshener was required at all times, which the housekeeping staff gave to us.The hot foods at breakfast, were at best, cool , and the juice machine was empty for our 4 day stay, with no effort made to obtain other juice options. The food options from day to day also did not change. The guy serving the breakfast had no personality, and did minimal work. The elevator remained broken for our entire stay. The mattress was the WORST mattress I have ever slept on, and I have traveled extensively. It should have been thrown out years ago.On a positive note, the water was hot, the towels were nice. The young man who checked us in was kind, professional and respectful. The cleaning staff really tried to do a good job. This hotel could be a great place to stay if the property owners would invest in quality mattresses, tear out the carpeting, update the decor, and change up breakfast choices. If you have options for a hotel stay in the area, I would take the other places over this one.

The entire place smelled like cigarette smoke. The floor was chipping. The elevator seemed outdated and had garbage on the floor. There were stains on the sheets and the bathroom light sorta didn’t work.
