Worst Customer Service Ever! We have held an account with them for 15 years and each year when our contract expires they double the rate without trying to contact us. So I have learned to try to contact them before the rate increase(s) go into effect. I called them this morning at 2 separate numbers and have been on hold for 45 minutes. No one ever picks the call up or transfer to an operator. If I ran my business like this I would be OUT of BUSINESS...UGH!
