I went there with a one week old car brand new go through the car wash too long scratches from the brushes they come out and take pictures and say this is the first time people complain about the brushes. I told him you’re gonna have to fix it a week they said somebody will get back to you within 72 hours, it’s been a week and a half. I just got a text from them saying basically after review unfortunately we can’t process a claim. We looked at our camera before you went in the tunnel and it already had scratches on it. Remember, this is a week old car once again there’s nothing we can do about it , I want anybody else who has a problem to jump on the wagon here and see we could Can do about that place it’s awful. They lie see if they’ve ever had a claim actually paid. They’ll come up with some excuse.

I just canceled both of my monthly subscriptions for this location as the quality of wash has degraded considerably since this opened nearly two years ago. I wax my vehicles twice per year and don't find it necessary to purchase the two top tier washes with wax protection. However, this wash does not remove bugs, nor does it remove any mud on the undercarriage the vehicle. I don't have time to wait and drive through again--sometimes the wait can be up to 20 minutes on a busy day. I pay $18/month for a much better wash for my company car, but unfortunately it's by my work in Madison Heights.

I’m not happy with the quality of the especially bird droppings aren’t cleaned off the windshield. Also underneath washing is incomplete having to go through a couple time. As well un-helpful attendants with no towels or sprays to clean the spots the wash missed. When asked they upset to be bothered. I am waiting for the new one to open by meijers then I’m canceling this membership

I recently visited White Water Express Car Wash and was very impressed. The facility is clean and modern, and the automated wash left my car sparkling. The vacuum stations are powerful and efficient.
Customer service was exceptional. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the process smooth and enjoyable.

Cass stood out with their warm smile and thorough assistance. They explained the wash packages clearly and offered helpful maintenance tips. Cass's professionalism and friendly demeanor greatly enhanced my experience.
Overall, White Water Express Car Wash exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend, especially if Cass is there to assist you!
