If I could give zero stars, I would. The pharmacy was continuously unable to fill my prescription, providing only partial refills. This is not a new problem and they don't plan ahead. When questioned about it they really don't care and just said to call corporate. And suggested I just call around and find the medication myself somewhere else. Zero help. Zero caring about losing business. Just excuses and attitude. I currently have 5 prescriptions with them and will be transferring all of them.

Based on other reviews of this location, I should have known better, but I was in the area and decided to stop. I went in for an advertised item I saw online. When I arrived, the desired item's price did not match the price on the shelf. I asked an employee, who I am assuming was the manager, about why that was the case. Instead of honoring what was posted online, she shrugged it off, and said that wasn't "their store's" price. Unbelievable. Corporate Walgreens needs to start paying attention to the reviews made about this store. I went to the Walgreens in Howell, and they didn't hesitate to clear up the error. That is proper customer service.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR PRESCRIPTIONS!!! Doc sent a prescription for a controlled pain med at 1pm. This is a medication to treat acute pain and is needed regularly. Showed up at 7 to pick up and nothing was filled, we were told the insurance won't cover it. We told them that is not accurate, they covered it previously. Then they came back and said the insurance would only cover half the prescription. Again, we told them that is not accurate but we will take half for now and sort it out in the morning. Well, they came back a third time and said they won't fill it because a prescription was just filled 5 days ago. We tried to explain it was for a different dose, the first dose was too strong and she needed a weaker dose. They didn't care and denied her the prescription saying it was a controlled substance and they weren't going to fill it that soon. It was very clear this was for a lower dose and if they are trying to make sure the drug is not abused, why wouldn't they allow for the lower dose. This action forced my wife to make a decision to continue to take the stronger dose or go without, potentially causing withdrawal and or excessive pain. Why didn't they call sooner to tell us they weren't going to fill it so we could have it sent to a different pharmacy? Why did they keep giving other excuses for not filling the med? These are terrible people that can't make clear common sense decisions!

What an abomination of a pharmacy department. It was 1:30 pm on a Sunday where they were checking out two women in front of me but refused to give me my prescription because from 1:30-2:00pm they take lunch. Will never return to this location and the rudeness of there lack of customer service --how this is acceptable I have no clue

It's not magic, you will have to wait for your meds, but the are polite, professional and caring for everyone. Don't be a Karen--demanding and rude--when your information is requested. They must legally have to to dispense. Don't yell at the techs, they cannot override the Pharmacist. You may be grumpy and sick or in pain, but that doesn't make them a punching bag for your big feelings. Grow up, be nice, be kind. Use your manners. Your lapsed script is your fault, not theirs.

Absolutely awful. Never can you pick up an Rx without waiting at least 30-45 minutes. The pharmacist is rude and unhelpful. I've spoken with the manager, but nothing changes. Walgreen's makes billions of dollars profit per year from prescriptions, and yet cannot treat their customers with respect. Save yourself and vote with your feet and give another company your business because Walgreen's does not care about you.

Whoever answered the phone in the pharmacy was so incredibly rude. She was demeaning and raised her voice. Sorry you hate your job but don't take it out on patients inquiring about their medication

I have had about 6 bad experiences at this Walgreens. I will no longer do business there. My most recent incident involved me getting photo copies. I didn't look at them until I got home. Two of the photos were not done correctly. I returned to the store and spoke to April. She was very rude and didn't bother to apologize for my inconvenience.

I disagree with the negative comments concerning this pharmacy. Each time I visit either the drive thru or at the desk, they're always polite and expedient. I don't wait until the last minute to get my script filled. I know when my meds are low. In fact I use their automated prescriptions service and my meds are ready to go! I support this great business. The manager is one of the best and the various pharmacists know their job.

Absolutely worst experience! I had 3 prescriptions called in at 8:30am, went to pick them up at 11:30am and they still weren't ready. Then after giving them my insurance cards they ask me to go to the back of the line to wait again! Ridiculous!

Absolutely the worst and least helpful Walgreens on the planet. They are open until 6:00 and yet will not fill a prescription when I walk in at 5:45. Evidently her need to leave right at 6:00 trumps my need to medicate my child. Not only that, the pharmacist was horribly rude about it to boot. She made me feel like a terrible burden because my child needed her meds. For the record, those meds will cost me over a thousand dollars. It's not like I'm asking her to fill a prescription for a bottle of generic aspirin.

Pharmacy staff is not helpful at all. I have no insurance so I have been using Good Rx with great results. I had a coupon from Good Rx for my prescription that I have used MANY times. They said it was going to be double + the coupon price. After getting nowhere with staff, I had Good Rx call them. Pharmacist hung up on the gentleman! Last time I use Walgreens! Went to CVS, talked with staff and Pharmacist, and he transferred the script and was able to confirm that I will get the coupon price. Yay Pharmacist Jim! CVS will continue to get my business!
