If I could give zero stars, I would. The pharmacy was continuously unable to fill my prescription, providing only partial refills. This is not a new problem and they don't plan ahead. When questioned about it they really don't care and just said to call corporate. And suggested I just call around and find the medication myself somewhere else. Zero help. Zero caring about losing business. Just excuses and attitude. I currently have 5 prescriptions with them and will be transferring all of them.

Based on other reviews of this location, I should have known better, but I was in the area and decided to stop. I went in for an advertised item I saw online. When I arrived, the desired item's price did not match the price on the shelf. I asked an employee, who I am assuming was the manager, about why that was the case. Instead of honoring what was posted online, she shrugged it off, and said that wasn't "their store's" price. Unbelievable. Corporate Walgreens needs to start paying attention to the reviews made about this store. I went to the Walgreens in Howell, and they didn't hesitate to clear up the error. That is proper customer service.

Walgreens in Brighton has the worst service of any pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. I am going to switch over to CVS. I would recommend avoiding this Walgreens that’s on grand river in Brighton.

Walgreens corporate, if you're reading this pay your employees more money - - this will entice your existing employees to stay, and new ones to apply. If you do this, the store can keep their drive thru open. Also, please for the love of all that is holy send in a cleaning crew to this store.

If I could have rated a zero I would have. One of the techs insisted she did not get the prescriptions. She told me the doctors office only sent two of them there were supposed to be three. I told her I had the discharge papers in my hand and it showed three. She told me they only sent two. That I must call the doctors office. I called the doctors office. They told me that she was wrong and that they had sent all three. I had to walk into the store on crutches to show her that they had sent all three. Once she checked in the computer, she then said that they must have just sent the third one. She never said sorry about walking on crutches all the way in there. She never admitted her mistake. Then I had to wait until they filled up and went through the drive-through to pick it up. I then had to deal with another tech who was completely rude to me. I was sitting in the passenger seat so I had to raise my voice, and he told me to stop yelling at him. I explained politely explain to him I was not yelling really trying to make myself heard from the passenger seat. And he insisted he could not find my prescriptions so he called over the other rude tech. Then the other tech who insisted they didn’t have the other prescription Came to the window and asked me a question when I answered her, she said, I can’t hear you from the second seat and ordered me to talk louder! Ha ha ha these people are incompetent. I did notice the pharmacist was attentive and nice, and seem to have it together. She needs new technicians! Horrible experience!

If I could give them a -10, I would! I went to fill a prescription today that was called in by my doctor seven hours before I arrived. There was an issue with processing of the prescription, I was not called to help assist in clearing things up. Their answer to my question of why I wasn’t called was it is against their policy to fill my prescription because it had been filled at another pharmacy five days ago however, this was a significantly lower dose than the one filled. We informed them that we would bring back the unused medicine But that was not a logical answer to them. All they had to do was call my physician and they chose not to.Don’t go to this Walgreens they will kill you! Or at least hold your medication hostage!

I had forget my meds at home and I needed them immediately. I called Walgreens in Brighton and was told I wasn’t eligible for my refills until the end of July. I realize that and I told you I forgot them( didn’t listen to your customer in the beginning of the call). Then I asked if they would call my insurance provider and see if them would override and do a vacation forget of meds. I was told later I need an PA from my doctors office. They never call my insurance and they lied about doing an PA. Unbelievable Walgreens. Snotty, rude! Will never be back. See ya!

DO NOT GO HERE FOR PRESCRIPTIONS!!! Doc sent a prescription for a controlled pain med at 1pm. This is a medication to treat acute pain and is needed regularly. Showed up at 7 to pick up and nothing was filled, we were told the insurance won't cover it. We told them that is not accurate, they covered it previously. Then they came back and said the insurance would only cover half the prescription. Again, we told them that is not accurate but we will take half for now and sort it out in the morning. Well, they came back a third time and said they won't fill it because a prescription was just filled 5 days ago. We tried to explain it was for a different dose, the first dose was too strong and she needed a weaker dose. They didn't care and denied her the prescription saying it was a controlled substance and they weren't going to fill it that soon. It was very clear this was for a lower dose and if they are trying to make sure the drug is not abused, why wouldn't they allow for the lower dose. This action forced my wife to make a decision to continue to take the stronger dose or go without, potentially causing withdrawal and or excessive pain. Why didn't they call sooner to tell us they weren't going to fill it so we could have it sent to a different pharmacy? Why did they keep giving other excuses for not filling the med? These are terrible people that can't make clear common sense decisions!

There’s a new kid in town, her name is pharmacist Becca! In all the years I’ve been a Walgreens customer, I have never experienced such a professional individual. This woman is the ace in the hole Walgreens has needed for a long time, now all they have to do is clone 1,000 Becca’s!

What an abomination of a pharmacy department. It was 1:30 pm on a Sunday where they were checking out two women in front of me but refused to give me my prescription because from 1:30-2:00pm they take lunch. Will never return to this location and the rudeness of there lack of customer service --how this is acceptable I have no clue

Called the pharmacy auto service to fill a prescription. Auto service said it was going to be ready the next day at 11am.Went to the pharmacy at 4pm, they said it was not ready, didn't have the product in stock AND it was "too early to fill". This was a daily asthma inhaler for my son.Long story, but my wife went in the next day. They had filled the prescription incorrectly, labeled the package for 120 doses, charged it and only put in 60. On the asthma canister it specifically said 60. The pharmacist only response was "well I didn't know that". Great ! Hopefully they can read something better next time. We finally had to get them to refill it.
