Under staffed and really long pharmacy wait, even though the app says that a prescription is filled. I blame Walgreens corporate as their app is outdated and useless. People would be a lot less frustrated if they didn’t have to wait an hour for a prescription that was supposed to be ready.

Best pharmacy in Brighton area. Always very clean. Great food and office supplies along with beauty and health care products. No junk, quality products.
The pharmacy staff is very competent and thorough. Trustworthy for vaccines. Records are up to date. They may take some time because they are caring to do a complex job well.

Very poor, unpleasant, staff at drive through pharmacy just now.Waits are long.
I used to prefer Walgreens in Brighton. No longer.
Miss the days when Mary was there!!

Typically when you ask if someone can hold, you give them a chance to answer your question.
Typically when a customer has a question, you try to answer it instead of belittle them.
Not with this new staff. There's a few of the OG members who care. But they're so burnt out I wouldn't even blame them if they didn't care anymore. But it's like the new people just start off not caring. I know it's a corporate issue. But if you hate your job, find a new one.

This Walgreens answering service is a lie a pure lie after waiting 60 minutes on hold being cut off three times and being told there’s only one color ahead of me. The funny thing is the color. The person they had of me was my daughter. My daughter listens to the music and being told that they were busy with other customers she was supposed to be the customer being helped at the time that I was waiting, so this service is a lie. I wasted an hour and I wanna talk to the pharmacy manager over. I don’t know who is pulling wool over my eyes, but I think it’s some sort of problem with the pharmacy and I am really angry. This is never happened to me before and it will never happen to me again.

There’s a new kid in Brighton town! Becca is a floating pharmacist this location needs permanently. In all the years I’ve been a Walgreens customer,
I can say without a doubt Nole, Rhea, and Becca make up a professional team.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The pharmacy was continuously unable to fill my prescription, providing only partial refills. This is not a new problem and they don't plan ahead. When questioned about it they really don't care and just said to call corporate. And suggested I just call around and find the medication myself somewhere else. Zero help. Zero caring about losing business. Just excuses and attitude. I currently have 5 prescriptions with them and will be transferring all of them.

Based on other reviews of this location, I should have known better, but I was in the area and decided to stop. I went in for an advertised item I saw online. When I arrived, the desired item's price did not match the price on the shelf. I asked an employee, who I am assuming was the manager, about why that was the case. Instead of honoring what was posted online, she shrugged it off, and said that wasn't "their store's" price. Unbelievable. Corporate Walgreens needs to start paying attention to the reviews made about this store. I went to the Walgreens in Howell, and they didn't hesitate to clear up the error. That is proper customer service.

Was told it can take up to 1 hour for a prescription to be filled been waiting 5 now Walgreens fell off hard atleast this one is complete trash!!!

Waited on hold for 12 minutes. Someone picked up the call ( I could hear background noise) then immediately hung up the call. Really?
