I've had a storage unit here for a few years now with SpareBox Storage, And have Never had any issue's Would Highly Recommend the Astablishment for people to use, And calling up and talking to a customer service person (Romanio) was just as nice .Thanks for your service i'll definitely come back !!!

Shanice was very patient when I called a week ago Sunday very upset that there was a lock on my storage unit. I originally planned on being out for mid September but when a family emergency happened, I contacted SpareBox and spoke to a gentleman and he was supposed to push it out an additional month for me. He did not. It was very embarrassing as I had people following me because I had sold a couple of items from the unit. She made sure to take good care of me. And to give me the code very quickly so I could continue removing my items.

Leishae made it very easy to set up rental. 10 minutes on the phone and we were good to go.

Phil was absolutely wonderful, came all the way out to help me get my storage unit lock situation fixed, came up with a solution and used a saw to open up a space. VERY GRATEFUL because he did it in a pinch knowing I had to go grab more stuff!5 WHOLE STARS!

To the higher ups listening in on the convos. You guys have a darn good worker by the name of DEAN, promote him ASP! I am so stressed out with the beginning of our move and DEAN kept me grounded and calm while chatting with him. The other service agents I’ve dealt with in the past from other companies I could feel there anxiety through the phone, but not this call with DEAN! Thank you young man for helping out a stressed out dinosaur (dean will get it lol) #PROMOTEDEAN!!

Kiosk wasn't working at check-in and no one was there to help. Doesn't make things any easier when you have a truck rented and are on a tight time frame. Customer service phone support was not helpful at all either.

Terrible service. No one is there physically to help out, it’s all handled via a call center. Wasted two hours setting up a storage space for a trailer and a parking space for my truck, only to find out after two hours that I’m not allowed to park a trailer inside the storage units. I can understand if that’s your policy, but it would have been nice to know in the first 5 minutes, not after two hours of being on the phone.

Spare box bought the storage company I use and ever sense then they haven’t done anything for the customers but they continue to raise rent. They have done this 3 times now for no reason. They don’t move snow in the winter time, they aren’t open 24 hours, don’t offer electricity or lighting inside the units. I have been increasingly unhappy and I’ll be moving my things to a new storage unit facility. 10/10 would not recommend

Great place when it was U-Haul. Now no security. Catalytic Convertor stolen from our $100,000 RV. Investigated by MSP. Appears to be an inside job since Rear gate was partially open, lock was still locked, and foot prints in the snow that were easy to follow. Several other units were hit as well. Customer Svc. useless. Lights not turned on. Cameras inoperative. No onsite management at all. Was there a few weeks after and another gate was wide open in the back. Don't appear to be cooperating with Law Enforcement.Update- Called as recommended. Talked to a Customer Svc. Rep. who could barely speak English. Kept apologizing but got nowhere.Noticed recently that there are many more e.pty spots. Wonder why?
