The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. You know right away that they have your best interests at heart and they’re very approachable. I feel incredibly confident and comfortable with them and they did a wonderful job.

After years of the same PC, our family found ourselves looking for a new one. Out of convenience of location, we chose to try Theoria. We couldn't be happier! Attention to details is top priority at TPC. Although our beloved Madison is changing locations, her predecessor is equally as good! Can't say enough good things about how myself, and family have been taken care of there!

Madison and Rachael have been wonderful. They've gone out of their way to communicate with medical equipment providers when we were having trouble getting what we needed from them. Madison is very personable, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and thorough. The office is really nice, too.

I had an appointment at 10 AM today Monday, October 3, I was with Madison the nurse practitioner and she is amazing. She took her time with me listening to everything I had to say. I highly recommend Theoria Primary Care and Madison.

No one ever likes to go to the doctors office, but if you really need to go, this is the place. Beautiful facility and very nice staff! It starts at the front desk and continues with the office visit. I’m glad that I chose Theoria for my primary care facility.
