Great customer service you don't get every day! A mattress is a big purchase and I never felt rushed as the staff explained the models and features and as I tried out different mattresses in the store to find the right one to meet my needs. Also like that it is a family owned store, so I'll recommend it for sure.

Great, family owned store in Brighton. They let my wife and I take our time, we spent like all afternoon in there lol. The owner's are super solid, very knowlegable with many years in the industry. Friendly service. I will definitely be back!

We were very happy to have purchased our mattress at Sleep Check! . Grant was very easy to deal with. He was helpful without being pushy like at another store. We had next day delivery by Grant and his friend. Because we were unsure how tall the box springs should be, he volunteered to bring two different sizes so we could see the difference. We really appreciated this extra customer service. Thank you, Grant!

The S.O. and I were so happy to give Charlie our business. He walks you through everything and gets you the best sleep for your budget. He's a really nice guy who will, and most importantly CAN, answer any and all of your questions. Mattress shopping is something everyone does infrequently, so he'll help you avoid some pitfalls and make sure you're not spending money on things that you don't need. He's got expertise that can only come from 40 years in the business.He's not going to upsell you, but he's not going to let you leave with something that won't work for you. We got an absolute STEAL on the Black Friday deal on beds that were already reasonably priced. For a small storefront, the selection of beds to try was impressive. Charlie makes sure you're not wasting your time trying beds that you know are too soft or too firm or beds that are out of your budget.As a value buyer, I really appreciated all of the help we received.

Paul rocks. I wanted a 2 sided mattress. Not only did he sell me one better but at a fabulous price too. And he even helped strap it down on top of my explorer. When i haggled the price...his response was hilarious..."holy chit!" He said. And he did it.

I had a very pleasing visit to this store I was taken right to what I wanted to spend Ann was very nice and kind to me and grd son who the Mattress was for I could not ask for better but it got better as they called later and said they were going to be in area next day todeliver it and delievery men were very pleasant careful and polite

Previously I had reviewed based on disappointment when we found the store inexplicably closed early.Turns out we were the proprietor's bad luck timing visitors for the week, and happened to show up during a dead period, after they knocked off early for the day.I can totally understand that, especially when we're talking about a local family run business, not a massive entity with its own army like Macy's.Now I'm updating this review to reflect the experience we had with Sleep Chek, and with Ann in particular.We had been scrambling all over the place to find the perfect mattress and price, and only found both after we spent some time consulting with Ann. Also, with all the Covid stuff going on, stock is scarce and delivery lead times are longer as a result. That didn't stop the Sleep Chek folks from doing all they could to help us find a solution they could deliver by Monday! Happily it turned out our favorite model was already in stock, and even though our home is a little bit far for their delivery range, they accommodated us anyway so we could finally call our hunt for a new bed "mission accomplished"!Thanks so much for the honesty and superb guidance, and we're looking forward to getting some good snoozing in on our new bed!
