Staff were absolutely rude. I suggest ordering online if you need anything from Sherman Williams. I went in to color match our deck stain and when I mentioned the old stain we used was ppg, what I assume was the manager, snarkily said “we only carry Sherman Williams” I understood that. I was looking for a comparable color. I left and would leave zero stars if I could.

This Sherwin-Williams location is OUTSTANDING and the employees are the kindest people I’ve met. They go above and beyond, highly recommend this spot.

Not all that impressed with the staff. Too much confusion on what colors are available in what product. Picked up chips and was told all were available in a specific product. Went back to get paint and was told 2 of 3 were not available in the product I wanted. Then they sent me to the other Brighton location to get what I needed, after a call to verify it was available. I get to other location and can't get the colors I wanted in products I wanted. I'm done with Sherwin Williams. I get marginally better service at a large box store.

This is my favorite Sherwin-Williams store anywhere. As a house painting company owner, I've been to looooooooooots of Sherwin-Williams locations, and this is the best. Cristal and Anthony treat everyone well, from the company owners to the first time visitors. They greet every customer and deal with sudden rushes well. Cristal and Anthony are very knowledgeable and efficient. They can recommend paints for different situations, or if they're out of something, they can recommend another product/find a store with what you want. Corey has also been very helpful and was able to set me up with a sprayer orientation class for my painters.5 STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We've been using Sherwin-Williams stores/paint for years. I LOVE the high level of customer service that we get at the Old 23/Grand River store in Brighton. Great paint, great service!!
