The prices are outrageous. Salvation Army aims to help. I understand they need to raise money, but they also need to price items to be accessible to low income families.

Very rude people at the drop off, multiple times. Please pay your employees more or something. Clothes with mold smell are acceptable… Fitting rooms are loaded with cobwebs that fall on your head. Google phone numbers are disconnected. They don’t even give you bags to put your items inside and tell you to grab a box yourself if you want one. I am a huge fan of S.A but not this store.

I love this place

Trying to donate to this location is beyond ridiculous. The hours are short, the line is long, and they go through all of your things before removing them from your car, making the process long and inconvenient. Find other places to donate to.

The prices of things have gotten out of hand. Some things I see at local stores cheaper. Seniors should get a break, a lot have a very fixed income, with little for extra’s. Daily rate for Seniors that have a lower income. And it’s discouraging that was given Free and charging so much. A lot of Families are Struggling.

They don’t know how to run a business with credit cards. I wouldn’t even shop here I were you. When their machine declines your card they ask you to leave.

I used to give them 5 stars, but they have seemed to more than double their prices in the last couple of years which is rediculus considering a lot of the people who shop there do it out of necessity.

I'm handicapped. Never had a Manger tell me to park elsewhere when the lot is basically full with employees cars. No cars park in the back cuz he band them from parking there. He also stated that he has No respect for seniors! Seniors give much money and time here. IM DONE WILL NOT BE BACK. RUDE MANAGEMENT ALONG with cashier C....

Very little staff. One person checking people out. Long line. Cute clothes but make sure you have 45 minutes to an hour to wait in line. When I called and spoke with one of their representatives they were upset and basically hung up on me

Would not be so bad if you didn't have to wait for 40 minutes in a line because they only have one cashier at 6:30 pm in the evening. I already put back three things just standing waiting in line I think I should have put them all back.

Slow long line for donations and prices are now many times the same as retail.

All donations but they have up marked everything so much over the last year or so for free donations.

One of the biggest Salvation Army's I've ever been in. They're also one of the cleanest and most organized. If it wasn't a half hour away from home, I'd be there more often. Also would be kinda nice if they had a restroom. Didn't see one in here.

I have found the store clean and well stocked with quality goods. I always find something unique and special. By far, the best store in the area.

Lots of parking, well seen from Grand River, good selection of donated goods
