I am so happy with my experience with Rottermond jewelers. Basma and Christine took the time to make sure everything was perfect with my wedding ring that I had brought in to be repaired. I also added a new sapphire to the setting. It came out better than my expectations!

Sought to buy a Tudor from a local AD and found Rottermond and was not disappointed. Team was extremely accommodating and despite the fact that my watch was not in stock at time of visit, it arrived ahead of the expected date. Would highly recommend!

When you go to Rottermond Jewelers no matter the reason the staff are professional and knowledgeable to help you with your needs and ensure you leave satisfied. I had my watches repaired recently and purchased a Ring and my watches were in better condition when I got them back and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve been here to get 2 watches sized so far. Each time has been an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in the staff took care of everything. They sized my watches so fast and we’re incredibly knowledgeable about how to remove links and not damage the watch. The most recent time, I had the pleasure of meeting Darlynn who sized my watch and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend you pay them a visit. I will definitely keep coming back when I buy more watches.

Dar was absolutely wonderful! She was patient, knowledgeable and creative. She helped me design a custom wedding band that came out absolutely amazing and within our budget. I cannot recommend her or Rottermond’s enough. She has made us a customer for life!

I cannot say enough great thing about Christine and the entire staff at Rottermond. They were tremendously easy to work with, got me the exact Rolex I wanted (and FAST), and provided fantastic communication throughout the process. I’ll be returning for many more purchases in the future.

I took my grandmother's 90 year old pearl necklace in to be restrung. They completed the repair within a couple weeks. They made me feel so confident in their ability and comfortable with leaving such a treasure in their hands. The pearl turned out perfect!!! The customer service is also beyond 5 stars! So excited to see my daughter wear this pearl necklace at her upcoming wedding. Bravo Rottermonds!

If you decide to go with Rottermond for any of your jewelry needs make sure you ask for Natalie. Natalie was friendly, accommodating and went above and beyond for us in our shopping process. I brought in a picture of the engagement ring configuration my wife wanted and without hesitation she confirmed they were able to make it for us. With all of the pre-wedding chores, checking off the engagement ring and wedding band in less than an hour blew my mind. Natalie is fantastic and highly recommended.

First time visit, and Dennis helped me become aquatinted with the store. I was not really planning on buying, ended up buying a Tudor Pelagos and a bracelet for my Tudor GMT. It was a very nice buying experience, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Dennis, you the man!
