Had a great conversation with the woman who worked at the store; we talked about a store in my area that had closed, which was the last time I had purchased a pair of wings. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me to make a decision.

The Brighton Store was the only store that had the boot that I needed in the whole Metro Detroit area. I believe the gentleman that assisted me was very nice and knowledgeable. I will be buying more redwings if the company can be like this in every transaction. I just wish more store had a better variety of stock instead of having to drive 30 miles one way to buy these boots.

As a female walking into this boot store to get boots I had a terrible walked in there as a single female and nobody helped me because they thought I was with other men in the store and then when I finally got somebody to help me I did not get the same attention as the man in front of me did he got a discount on his boots and he got waterproof treatment nobody asked me about where I worked or if I needed any treatments on my boots because I'm a female the workers in here are profiling their ?

My husband makes sure to get his boots here at the Brighton location, solely based on the customer service. Ben is extremely knowledgeable, polite, and helpful.
