Don’t go here unless you want to be indoctrinated into paying with cash only. Charge a credit card fee if you’re that upset. The employee with the red beard shoved a wad of cash in my face out of his pocket when I pulled up for payment then gave me a rude grimace when I pulled my credit card out to pay like it wasn’t allowed. I will gladly spend my money elsewhere, plenty of other options.

They own Cyclone car wash and they've obviously not put any time or money into it for years. The vacuum hoses are held together by duct tape, some of the cleaners are empty, labels on the machines are completely off so you can't see the options and now the money machine isn't working. If you're going to post on Google that the car wash is permanently closed then you should have signs out front that it is indeed closed.

MY WIFE & I drove through the Rainbow Auto Wash on April 08, 2024. The vehicle had been through the various stages of winter, was quite dirty to boot, & was very overdue for a cleaning. Rainbow Auto Wash advertises the undercarriage wash, & WE definitely wanted that done! The attendants were very attentive.

Went here today 4/7/24 paid for a 10$ wash which is the 2nd from the best wash and it didn't even get the dirt off my car and at the end they just smeared the dirt all over the car to dry it. Machine chipped the paint on my car all the way down to the metal.

Done with this place and the bad attitude of the guy with the red beard who takes your money. Paid for the ultimate and received regular wash. Ultimate light didn’t go on, rolled my window down slightly to tell Mr Redbeard about it and he cussed and ordered me to roll up. Disrespected and ripped off for the last time.

Got the ultimate car wash for $12 (with tip $14). The outcome didn’t match the price. Visible dirt all around the vehicle, especially the lower and rear section.

I've never been treated so disrespectfully in my entire life at a business. I'm not even going to bother to mention when my last visit was as they will in typical fashion say "we reviewed the cameras, you're a liar".
I just honestly can't believe it, a manger walked up to my window and told me to "Get off the property and never come back" after I complained about a slight layer of film on the back of my windshield. Zero idea how these shady guys are still in business.
