The older teller at this location is the worst. She works hard not to provide a decent level of service. Crotchety at best.

I tried to deposit a couple two party checks that had been endorsed and they wouldn't do it so I went across the street to Ann Arbor bank and they did it smiling

Laughable. It's been your bank for 30 years, you cash checks there regularly, you provide your drivers license, but because the clerk doesn't "know you," she won't cash your check. Idiot.

The bank manager is rude, the energy at the bank is down. I’ve banked here for over 10 years. It seems it is always short staffed. Sarah is the only person who has always been there to help. I would not recommend using this branch if you don’t have to.

I waited for over almost 20 minutes in the drive thru and for the teller to be rude is not cool at all.

Encountered an extremely rude and inappropriate teller--an older woman with a bob haircut. I was attempting to help my mother-in-law who has memory issues deposit a check into her account. When we weren't sure which account to deposit into, I directed the teller just to choose either of the checking accounts, that it was fine. She didn't want to do her job, and repeatedly told us to go to the atm instead. I discreetly signaled to her that my mother-in-law couldn't remember her pin and she blatantly replied, "if you're having memory issues you need to..." (whatever stupid "advice" she felt compelled to impose on us). I added that my father-in-law was in the hospital, or he would be with her to help. Then she proceeded to school us that he needs to "teach" her how to handle her finances etc. (even though she was then aware of her memory issues). Then she proceeded to continue pushing us toward using the ATM. When she could tell we weren't going to leave the counter she finally deposited the check as I had been asking her to do the whole time. She was completely rude and wholly inappropriate. I will be contacting the branch manager about her behavior and encouraging my in-laws to find a new bank.

Hello: I walked in to learn about setting up a CD or two and was told I had to use my cell phone to make an appointment because they were a very very busy branch. No one in lobby at the time and didn't see anyone in the offices but it was a small lobby. Not sure but decided to look elsewhere since I would not be in town again for a while, and it is apparently a popular and "busy branch" and might not be able to fit into my schedule either.

I put money in the ATM at 12:30 today it's still not in my account. They told me it could take days for PNC to fix their problem & theres nothing they can do. No one seemed to care that I have bills to pay today & I needed that money for them. I use to go out of my way to the Novi one because of other issues with the Brighton ATM clearly they still haven't worked them out.

I use to be grandfathered in to receive free cashier checks at PNC! But now that is taken away from me! NOW, PNC is charging me $5.00 for a cashier check. So, it forces me to go somewhere else for cashier checks. I now get my cashier checks at DFCU for $1.00. DFCU will also give $50.00 free a year for school aged children up until graduation! You will want to get in touch with them and ask about it. DFCU is a credit union.

Incompetent tellers and one very rude banker on this Sarurday. I received a small personal loan which was deposited into my account. I came in to get my funds in either cash or a check. They had NO IDEA what they were doing. The response I got was, "I'm just a teller." I was told to wait for a banker. So I did...for 36 minutes only to be told by the teller that she messaged him to tell him she couldn't do it either. Called my usual branch in ypsi to be told that the brighton bra ch didn't know what they were doing and the funds WERE available. Long story short.. I'll be driving to ypsi to do my banking from now on!

Heather is still on a power trip. Had to phone verify a signature on a $370 check... wastes my time everytime I'm in there. I don't care if your daughter sold 1600 boxes of cookies or your son broke his chrome book. My therapist charges $130/hr, I'll give you a referral if you need someone to talk to. Just give me my money and leave me alone though. I hate being held hostage by employees when I'm trying to conduct business.

I am new to PNC mainly due to the policy of giving time to cover an NSF. That being said, I called the 800 customer service number. What a joke. Could barely speak English, hard to understand and literally no concept of the very easy question I needed an answer to. He then hung up without notice. Almost enough to make me cancel PNC. I called my branch here in Brighton and Emily gave me the answer in 30 seconds. Thank you Emily and PNC fix your 800 service.

Heather had to have been the rudest most invasive banking employee I have ever come across. BBVA sold out to PNC and I was made to feel guilty for using PNCs services without swapping over to a "PNC" card over my BBVA marked one; as if I'm not a customer of their bank at this point. Was accused of my card not working due to it being BBVA at the ATM, when in fact it was because I exceeded my withdrawal limit for the day. Both employees made sure to tell me I had to swap my account soon.Good to know, i'll start looking for new banks. ???
