The staff are great, and the place is clean. However, I've had some uncomfortable experiences with a few men. One followed me around and kept saying hi until I responded. Another stared at me until I left a machine. Today, an old man loudly criticized me from behind to his friend as I was using a machine for 10 minutes making me feel intimidated (he should've asked me if he could use the machine). I need peace when I work out :(

Used to be my favorite place in Brighton. Now people take too long on machines, don’t have any sort of etiquette, and there’s plenty of creeps staring at girls instead of working out. Today there was a girl working out and walking around without shoes or socks without any of the workers telling her to put something on her FEET. Gross.

This place sucks. The staff is rude. The equipment is not designed to improve fitness. The place overall feels like it’s just designed to sell cheap memberships.

So they added... cardio equipment... they didn't need...so I still can't work out... Smith mec.. and benches are over overwhelmed with people..... SMH..... they were closed for weeks... I can't tell what they did
... still need more free weights... it's not right for paying members to wait for kids going for free.. will they scroll down their phone...

I sense that my previous complaint has resulted in me being unfairly targeted. I raised concerns about cleanliness during my last visit and faced difficulties with my photo ID. Then, someone began cleaning the treadmills directly beside me, despite numerous other vacant machines being available. Today's experience was particularly unpleasant as I was told not to use my phone. It's disheartening to witness inconsistent treatment among members.

Been a member here for years, and decided recently to become a black card member, specifically for tanning during winter. Unfortunately, they do not change their bulbs often, resulting in not much of a tan. I wish they would be more attentive with this.
