“I recently took my wife's Honda Odyssey to Bob's for new brakes and was so pleasantly surprised by their price and prompt service that I returned with my Explorer for a power steering issue. They gave me a quote and I called around to find that it was the best one in town. The repair wound up being less involved than quoted and so the price was actually considerably lower than expected. I appreciate that honesty as I had already agreed to a higher price. We will certainly return with future service.”

“Moe was absolutely great!!! I had an air intake sensor that broke loose and he took the time to reattach it with JB weld. Which was above and beyond what he was called to do. A+++ service!! At the Brighton location.”
“The team here is nice and honest. I was getting warning messages on the dash of my 2018 Chevrolet Silverado. The anti lock brakes, cruise control, and stabillitrak weren't working. Brought it in and was told there would be a diagnostic fee then we'd go from there. They did pull some initial fault codes but the warnings/faults went away and didn't come back. They returned my vehicle and didn't charge me anything. Suggesting I bring it in again if the issue returns. They could easily have charged me but didn't. I'm definitely coming back when my vehicle needs any type of service!”

“For the first impression of going there, I am happy to say that that was the best oil change and experience I ever got. I am a young female adult so it is a little difficult getting everything correct and how I need it but they were very patient and happy to answer any and all questions I had. As well as, explaining everything they did which I found very helpful and made them even more trustworthy of my vehicle. I will definitely be returning in the future. They also did not try to take advantage of me and my money and did not try to up sell me on anything and just was letting me know what was what and let me make the decision in the end.”
