Went in for a Dip manicure and the dip color was not the right color and so the nail tech just did a super messy layer of gel on top of the dip layers that is streaky and bubbly. I didn’t have time to ask for it to be redone since the “5-10min wait” was actually about 25-30mins and we had other plans for the day.

I used to like this place. I dropped by today to get gel polish. I asked for a design and the lady said she couldn’t do it. They are stuck on old gel colors. I got the tech with the short bobbed red hair, she was extremely rude. My nails looked smudged and were not the color I wanted. I’m never coming back.

First & last visit..... Friday 10a wait time 35min (2 working) 20's Vietnamese man used polish remover on (toe) nails leaving several bits of polish remaining. I pointed it out; reply 'don't worry' Anyone knows it/edges will show thru the new polish. He didn't smooth the nail-edges-cuticle w fine file sponge. He refused to clean/remove the 3 tiny nail edges that had tiny amounts of dirt, I asked him to and he asked repeatedly "do you want me to continue?" I said yes, please remove the tiny dirt from nail edge. He got louder and disagreeable not willing to complete a normal pedicure (?) I asked the very kind gentleman seated next to me if it was an unreasonable request-quietly said no. Do not set foot in this place !!!!!! Several people have been injured by them-read the reviews !!!! Horrible service-shame on you :( Never visit again

DO NOT RISK COMING HERE. (Unsanitary/unskilled) I usually never post reviews good or bad but this was a terrible experience overall. Nail tech lied on what they could do to be paid more. Utensils kept in disgustingly dirty “sanitation cups”. Nail techs own nails were jagged and cutting my hands. Nails turned out terrible. $55 could’ve been spent on the antibiotics I’ll need after coming here. Do not want to leave the house with these nails.Service: Dip powder

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I used to love this place when I was a teenager. I haven’t had my nails done in well over a year. I have my wedding dress fitting tomorrow, and I wanted to do something nice for myself. I originally went in for a full set and a pedicure. When I tell you that my full set looks like my 5 year old sister could have done them is a compliment. The color, shape, lack of attention to detail, and the messiness is ridiculous. I left without even getting the pedicure done and I called another nail salon, unfortunately they couldn’t get me in. I am now stuck with the horrific nails for my fitting and until I can get them off!

Hours online and on the door says they open at 9am. Showed up to the location at 9:09 and no one is here. Called the number, no answer AND mailbox is full.

I have driven by this place many times but have never been. Well I needed my nails done and decided to pop on by since they were the closest and open. I was half way through my gel pedicure and decided to look them up on yelp. I was horrified. I didn't make it through the pedicure without being wounded or bleeding. I did find it odd that they didn't use any lotion in the process and instead doused my feet and legs with oil. The exfoliating was also very rough and painful. I thought I made it through relatively unscathed. Then my feet started burning later in the day. The internet said it could be burning from cuticle softener being left on the skin or a fungus. I'm betting (hoping) on my skin just being hurt from the chemicals. I soaked my feet this evening and used an antibacterial soap and then moisturizer. Hopefully it works.

Wow! I have found Mr. Thao!! I loved ahim! He was so nice, took his time, put on the layers nice and thin, got around all edges and even massaged my hands thoroughly. This guy is one of those special people that is all smiles and actually cares to do well. He told me he’s been doing nails for over 27 years, his experience definitely shows. I was so impressed with his focus on detail and how he focused on me start to finish.I have been getting my nails done at other places all over the state for 2 decades and always thought my hands looked like sausages after but it was fine lol. Im not crazy picky so I just moved on each time. Not this time!! I decided to give this place a try and will return ? . The rest of the staff was very friendly and inviting as well. For the first time ever my hands feel slim and look just like the photo I showed him for shape. He did a thin layer over the acrylic nail which for me was the difference. Thin but still very strong. The color options are always endless. I was impressed with how much they had all new and updated. Thao you are a hard worker and I appreciated your attention to detail and bubbly personality. 5 stars forsure!!Services: Acrylic nails

Worst experience at any nail salon I've ever been too! The lady was so rough and rude! She not only made me bleed but roughly grabbed my arm and yanked my hand into the dryer. She left polish all over my fingers and then tells me to relax. Terrible service and my nails look awful.

If I could give less than a 1 I would. Don’t waste your time. They are absolutely rude and if you’re not a regular, you’ll be treated like you’re wasting their time. My nails didn’t even turn out good. There’s paint on my skin that wasn’t wiped off. She kept walking away for 20+ minutes at a time while doing my nails to talk to others while I’m just sitting there waiting. Go anywhere else. This place is the worst. It was extremely painful because they drill and file your nails down too far and with too much pressure.

O Stars the guy didn't file my toes, when I asked to please cut clean my cuticles he didn't do it. I asked for someone else to take over and then the lady who took over cutting my cuticle cut me and made me bleed a lot and tried to put crazy glue on my cut. When I asked to wash my hands before applying nail polish she said no then she tried filling the dry blood off my finger nail with the drill they use. I refused all services and told them I wasn't going to pay. Horrible service
