Very hard to get a hold of the people running the actual building in Brighton. # listed online is some sort of management company that never seems to be able to answer my questions or help me with what I need. Call the number listed on my statement, it’s a mans cell phone and he’s pretty unprofessional as well. I had no issue with my actual storage (besides the outdoor locks being broken right now) but just know that if you use this company any customer service type issues will require a lot more work on your part.
