I was just referred to Binson’s and I am really concerned about doing business with them. I have to have a bipap machine and the order was sent here. I called the following week after referral was sent (as instructed to do by care provider) and my call was disconnected after being on hold for over 15 min. I called back and the same thing happened. I called the third time and finally spoke to someone and she informed me that my referral was not there and I would receive a text message after referral was received. As soon as the call was ended I literally received a text message stating it was there. I gave it another week and called back today to see what the status is and the same thing is happening. I have called 3 times and was transferred and after being on hold for an extended period of time (over 10 min) and call was disconnected. If this is any indication on their service I may rethink getting my supply’s from here.

After many many years of bad sleep, did a sleep test, got an APAP script. Choose Benson's Brighton, MI as it's close to home. Dr sent script to them. Took more than a day for them to even acknowledge they received the script, only then through a text message. Called to find out what I need to do, and the customer service on the phone was about as helpful as trying to reschedule a flight. We'll call you, dont call us. You'll get what you get (they only carry two models). No idea how long its going to take. No idea on cost to insurance. They'll ship it.Having never worn one, I know there are full mouth/nose masks and nasal pillows, with variations between the two options. I asked how I determine which I will get.They get to figure it out.REALLY wishing I'd have asked for my script to go somewhere else OR done my homework before I got into the line of cattle.

I have never had a good experience at the Brighton Binson location. They are poorly staffed and always appear to be bothered that they had to wait on me. Whether on the phone or in person I dread having to contact them. We need some medical equipment & supply competition in our area!

We ordered a transport chair over 6 weeks ago and haven’t received it. I received a text, that I would be hearing from them within a week and never did. Binson’s never responded to my email. I finally reached them by phone and they still can’t give me any idea when my mom’s transport chair will be coming in. Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else.

I went to Binson's Brighton in October 2022 to get a knee scooter and a shower chair. I had called my insurance company prior to going to the store and was told with a prescription and prior authorization, these would likely be covered. Binson's was the only local company that had a scooter in stock and I needed it same day so despite my doctor's office stating they didn't recommend Binson's Brighton, I went there anyway. I was told in no uncertain terms that insurance companies only buy a scooter after 12 months of rental and they DO NOT cover shower chairs. I proceeded with the rental and asked that they send paperwork through for prior authorization on the shower chair. She continued to insist it wouldn't be covered. I called back to the store multiple times for updates. My insurance company never received the request.In April 2023 I needed surgery so needed another knee scooter. I went with a different medical supply company in Brighton and was told that my insurance company always authorizes the purchase of knee scooters and she HAS seen shower chairs covered. I signed the paperwork and received a bill for my co-pay and was done.I don't know what the problem was with the woman at the Brighton store but I will not be back to Binson's. Additionally, the Brighton location is in a strip mall that has a parking lot that is sloped. It was extremely difficult to get from my car to the building. Not the best location for a medical supply company.

Brighton store is unreachable by phone. Ask to speak to Store Manager ... get thrown into the customer service queue. I mean how can you be #1 in line and have at least a 17 minutes wait on hold?On the upside, their staff in the Warren store are available with direct phone extensions. Very different contact experience. Helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive staff. Will do business with them.

Crooks, plain and simple.I had to pay my co-pay twice because they choose to send two separate bills for the same day visit and not combine them. They also set your cpap up with a heated hose like you need it, but the machine already comes with one, so with the second bill, you will end up paying out of pocket for it and don't need it in the first place. They will also bill you monthly for a heated water tank that I verified with the manufacturer is included with the machine.They have figured out how to work over their customers, pick an honest company and not Binsons

Binson's customer service was friendly and so helpful in filling my requested list of medical supplies for my CPAP machine. I also prefer to pick up my supplies in person as it is easier for me than trying to order online. The store is only 2 or 3 miles from my home, so convenient.

Terrible service, very expensive, be prepared to waste your time.Say on hold for 30 mins to get no one on the phone to drive up there and stand and wait for 20 mins ridiculous. Shop around

I was not always happy with Binson's of Brighton. They were always "closed" during the Pandemic, then one day, I found Piper working there and she helped me very well!I have had Sleep Apnea for 12 years and have always been unhappy with the masks, having leakage coupled with unhappy faces on my machine was driving me crazy!!! Through the years, Piper would give me masks to try then they would not work!!!!Then Erin/Rachel came and they went the extra mile to help me solve my problem. From their experience, they tried many different masks and I now think I have solved my problem.Thank you, Piper, Erin and Rachel. I will let all my CPAP Friends of my satisfaction in finding you at Brighton Binsons. God Bless all with Sleep Apnea and I pray they get the solutions so important to get a good night's sleep.
