Got sold a used phone however the phone is broken. Had to get a new phone asap as my old phone had severe ghost tapping. Shortly after getting a new phone it has the exact same problem and is now close to unusable

Lets start with the first time I went in about a month ago. I went to get a new phone for myself, the sign on the door said they were open until 7:00 and at the current time it was only 6:15. I got up to the door and it was locked but I could see the lady inside so I knocked and she came and let me in. I told her that I wanted to Port my number over and she told me that she did not have time to do it with 45 minutes until she closed, so I left and went back when there was another person working and got it taken care of in under 20 minutes. I like my phone and the actual service so much that I decided to get my fiance the same phone for her birthday. I went back in yesterday and the same lady that had the door locked was there again. To make a long story short my fiance got the same phone as me which was free with a ported number and she picked a case and a screen protector totaling around $40. She got the $40 a month plan and the $10 a month protection plan. The woman told me that if I added my fiance's number to my account as a second line it would make the bill cheaper. This was a lie. In total it cost me $118. I handed the woman a $100 bill and a $20 bill and received a dollar and some change back. My fiance and I came home everything worked great no problems, until this morning we woke up and both of our phones had the service shut off due to non-payment. My phone bill was due on the 20th of this month and it was paid that day. My fiance's phone was purchased on the 24th of this month and shut off on the 25th due to non-payment. When I got the phone for her the total was $118. 40 of that was for the case and screen protector and 20 should have been for activation and 40 for the first month's bill and $10 for the protection plan with the tax and everything it came to a 118. When our phones were shut off this morning I called customer service and when they looked it up they only showed a payment of $18 made on my fiance's brand new line yesterday. The lady who set her phone up for me insisted that her receipt machine was broken and could not give a receipt. Now looking back on it that should have been the first red flag being that I paid in cash. Customer service could only tell me that I needed to go back to the store I got the phone at to figure the problem out. I went when they opened this morning on the 25th of this month and spoke to the lady who set the account up I told her what was going on and she seemed a bit weird and nervous about it and after a few minutes of typing in the computer asked me if I had received a text message yet. At about the same time I received a message from customer care telling me thank you for my payment of $53 which is what they we're saying was owed for her monthly bill which I paid the previous day. The employee at the store then told me I was good to go all set and told me to have a nice day. About 5 minutes after leaving the store my fiance calls me and tells me that the woman from Metro by T-Mobile called her and said that she called her specifically because she didn't know how to get a hold of me, yet she had my account pulled up right in front of her. She told my fiance that she needed to pay her bill over the phone or it was going to be shut back off. My fiance went through the breakdown of exactly what I paid for yesterday and told her I didn't owe anything and that she was doing something wrong. The lady then seem to get real nervous and agitated and told her fine I guess we will just have to eat this bill and hung up on her. I don't want to make accusations but it seemed like something extremely shady was going on with what this woman was doing.

Awesome experience. Lisa was a very helpful employee I was steered in the right direction from something that I would have totally bought wrong. My day is much better since I didn't have to spend way too much money. Everybody needs to come to this location.
