I expressed I needed a nice shirt but was looking for deal and the young man, had no problem showing me the clearance rack. He helped me find a shirt for my husband.I had to come back later and he was busy, but the manager rang me up and was very nice.

My husband desperately needed a new suit. A modern suit. The staff was able to help him and bring him into the 21st century lol. They have tailoring and offer dry cleaning. Overall husband is very pleased.

Friendly service and a good spot to buy or rent a suit. Nice that they also cater to big and tall clients. I’ve rented a few tuxedos from this location and the experience was fast and convenient, they did a perfect job of sizing me and the fit was perfect.

This review is exclusively for the associate working there named Nathan. Never in my life have I had an experience from an employee that truly treated me like royalty. It was the type of service you’d expect if you were buying a $5,000 custom suit. I had much, much lesser experiences with other associates that would have led me to review this closer to 1 or 2 stars, but Nathan stood out so much above the rest I have no choice but to get on here and rate 5 stars based on Nathan alone! Super professional, courteous, FAST, and genuinely wants to put you in something that works. Normally associates will tell you everything looks phenomenal on you just to get a sale. Nathan was up front and honest about all his opinions and genuinely wanted to put me in something that fit well and looked rate for my needs. If I could give Nathan 10 stars, I would. Ask for him if you’re going in, you may regret it if you don’t.

This place is very disorganized. And the managers obviously at the tail end of his career take a truly care less about customer service anymore. Was told that my tux would be in on Thursday It didn’t come in till like four or 5 o’clock in the afternoon on Friday which is the day before the wedding. Awesome that the wedding was a destination wedding in Traverse City.. I mean obviously I could’ve had it delivered there to Traverse City but I didn’t think it was an issue and I live close I wasn’t going to go up until Thursday. When I came in and talk to the store manager, he could truly care less.. I mean I hope these guys do realize after being a business for so long. These are some of peoples most important experiences of their lives like weddings and daddy, daughter dance is, etc. etc.. sad to say that even the Flint location is 10 times more organized and sympathetic and they can just make things happen. One of my pant legs was too short and the other one was too long lol the seam was totally busted out of the bottom. I didn’t have time to try the entire thing on because I had a 7 Hour Dr. round trip.

Very disappointing will NEVER be using this company ever again. When my clothing came in, and it was dragging on the ground they told me it looked great. The amount of problems that the groomsmen had was asinine. they gave me a stained white shirt the buttons came pre-broken. Good luck if you decide to use them wish y’all better luck than us.

Ordered 2 shirts from the Brighton, Michigan store. Custom shirts that were $167 shirts came in did not fit. Sent back for a second attempt still not right. Told them I wanted my money back, they supposedly credited my credit card a week ago no credit ever showed. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!! The people do not know what they are doing and have no integrity!

I am completely dissatisfied with the shirts that I purchased and had tailored through the store in Brighton, MI. I recently purchased an athletic cut suit jacket and pants for my son’s wedding along with 4 shirts, belt, shoes, 4 ties and tie clip. The salesperson suggested purchasing and tailoring a 4x shirt due to needing a 20” neck size. When I picked up the shirts and tried them on for the first time the shirt hung down almost to my knees, it was very bulky around the middle and sloppy under the arms, not what I would consider a good fit. They tailored the shirts a second time and besides shortening them up they are still sloppy under the arms; it looks like I have wings and too baggy around the middle. I would have thought a store that sells athletic cut suits would also carry athletic cut shirts. It’s ironic that their rewards program is called “Perfect Fit”. In hindsight, I realized a 4x shirt was a terrible choice for the salesperson to recommend, it would never be tailored to fit properly. I would like to return all 4 shirts and seek reimbursement for the shirts and tailoring, so I can purchase new shirts that fit properly. I sent the same concern to MW customer service and was told I need to talk to the manager at the store. What's the point of having customer service if they do not help you?
